I went in to get a full set stiletto white tip manicure. I was greeted outside by who I'm assuming was the owner he asked how I was and what I wanted to get done. He didn't give me stiletto shaped nails instead I got regular square nails. He asked if the shape was alright and asked how they looked but if something has already been started, I feel awkward going back or saying something. He was rough he cut my thumb up bad I have scabs on my thumb from getting cuts and from him pushing my skin back multiple times (which also hurt btw). He did put what I'm assuming was antiseptic on my fingers a couple of times. The nails are all the same shape are they perfect no my thumb is scabbed up as I stated. This place is amazing. Great displays of southern hospitality. Was offered a drink when I first walked in and the people are very nice. The lady who did my nails is the best I've ever seen in my life. This place gained a new regular customer today. It's too bad I forgot the beautiful lady's name who did my feet and nails. The shop is very clean. They use liner on pedicure chair. The staffs are very nice and friendly. They take time and do perfectly what you want. Specially, they do absolutely job on SNS nails (dipping powder nails). I love this shop. Read Less

Ive been to MANY different nail shops in & around B'ham. Ive paid crazy prices for fill ins because i wear gel polish. I was searching for a good clean place that wouldnt break me completely & i finally found one. Ms Kathy Mr Tommy & Ms Quinn are absolutely AWESOME. Everyone is friendly & so nice. The place is very clean. They have a very good selection of nail colors. Ms Kathy really took time on my nails. She done them EXCATLY like i ask her to. She made sure all my nails were the same length & shape. I love that ms kathy & ms quinn actually took time to ask me my name & talk to me. I live a good bit away from her store but i will certainly be back & i wont be going anywhere else. This is my new favorite place. Ive paid 50 & $60 for a fill in & my nails lasted maybe a month id have to have a new set every month. Finally found a salon that i can afford & even left with change. Had a great experience here!! Needed my nails done for prom and this place was perfect since it's right by my house. Great service, extremely kind and friendly but not intrusive (I can't stand when the person doing your nails talks loudly the whole time but also don't like to feel like they're avoiding me, no problems with either of those here!) and everything seemed so clean. I have friends who have complained that they don't feel this place sterilzes their tools properly but I didn't notice this so I'm not worried. They knew it was for prom and made an effort to get my nails perfect, even staying late so my nails wouldn't be rushed. Overall this is a lovely place. My only complaint is price. I payed $42 for basic manicure and pedicure, which I'm sure is not a lot to most people but seems high to me. I'm a student and usually only go to beauty schools to have my nails done where I pay a lot less, even at most nail salons though I'm only used to paying around $30 for both. I realize this is a very nice place and totally worth it but for my tight budget I don't know when I'll be able to go back :( however if you have the money, definitely check them out, you will not be disappointed!
