Honestly, the BEST nail experience I have had in YEARS! All of the ladies were super sweet and very knowledgeable. I got my eyebrows done on 02.03.2018 and oh will I never return. While getting waxed the wax was incredibly hot and she never blew it to cool it down. When showing her she missed a spot she waxed the same spot twice. From the first moment she put the wax on me I felt burnt. She placed a peppermint serum on my brows and we left. Not even 10 minutes later I called back telling her I was burned and she stated to come back and she would put cooling gel on it. Katrina did a great job on my gel mani! She took her time to make it perfect and accommodated my pickiness on the color. They give you a quick neck massage and hot towel around the neck during your manicure as well which was nice. Only $35 for gel mani. Staff is very sweet as well! Definitely recommend this place! I took my partner here for her birthday and we had a great time. The prices were good, the service was prompt and friendly - that combination of talking to you just enough to be attentive but also letting me and my partner talk uninterrupted. We had a glass of white wine and relaxed while they took care of us. There's a little sign at the front asking you to use cash if you can (though they do take cards) and they offer a surcharge free ATM to help you to help them. All in all a great experience. This review is for Pam specifically. I got a gel manicure nearly two weeks ago and it looks as good as new. Pam was very skilled, detailed and thorough. She was also a pleasure and a delight to talk with, which isn't always the case at nail salons so it was much appreciated. The salon is large and gorgeous. While the technicians were very friendly and nice, unfortunately the service was UNACCEPTABLE.  One technician did not change her gloves the entire time I was there.  I  noticed her go back and forth between customers with the same gloves on and DID NOT CHANGE THEM. (She was giving one person a pedicure and would go over to the next and work on them too, without changing gloves.  GROSS).   Sorry, but this is very disturbing to me.  And UNSANITARY.   I will never go back.The technician also made my cuticles bleed.  A LOT.  Also, unacceptable.I am sorry to give such a bad rating because the techs were very nice, but I think they should have more sanitary protocols. I am visiting my sister & niece from Atlanta and we decided to treat ourselves to Pedicures. Once again Yelp has not failed me. The customer service was AMAZING!  Prices very reasonable especially for this area where a basic pedicure is $30 they only charge $25. There are other packages as well. It was an extremely relaxing!! We also had our eyebrows waxed. The girl who did them was very quick & they came out great. We all will definitely be coming back!! Read Less

I have been going to Healthy Nail and Spa for years and have recommended it to my friends and family, but I had a terrible experience today and I will never be back. An inexperienced technician cut my nails too short, cut them different lengths, filed them crooked and got polish all around my fingers. I have never complained about a bad haircut, manicure, anything before but felt compelled to because my nails looked terrible. The manager, Henry, told me he would fix it for me.... My nails were already very short and uneven, so I was skeptical. I was told that my nail beds were uneven and that it is too difficult to get a perfect shape on black. I was also told that it was my fault for not communicating with the technician that I was unhappy with my nail length and shape, after the damage had already been done. After the "fix" I told Henry I was still unhappy and would like a refund. I was accused of trying to get a free manicure and told I would not be getting my money back because I had nothing to be upset about. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the manager was. I am livid that I was accused of trying to get my manicure for free after having been a loyal customer here for years. They do a great job, until they don't, and treat you like trash if you ask for them to make it right. I work in client service myself and cannot imagine ever treating a customer this way. Today was my first time going to nails 150 in many many years.  While they did a good job on my manicure and eyebrows I could only give them a 3 stars for a couple of reasons.  First, I felt very very rushed.  Tweety did an okay job on my eyebrowns, but ripped through the process with blazing speed.  She didn't ask me what I wanted or how I usually got them done (it had been a while).  Luckily enough, it turned out okay.  She did the same thing painting my nails, too quick and without thought.  Also, I personally have a problem with Christian music playing in the background and crosses decorating the store.  I sat the whole time worried I would be preached to, as I had in the past there.  Its not the most comfortable environment.
