TERRIBLE! BE WARNED! If you get the BASIC pedicure that is advertised as $25, and you get gel polish on your toes, you’re going to pay $50 for that pedicure. They charge $25 for gel polish just on your toes! THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED!!!! I never give crappy reviews but I feel like I was just taken advantage of. There was a lady beside me that this happened to as well and she was shocked too.

Don't go for SNS. WASTE OF MONEY! I went last week to get SNS and I had a nail chip that night. So I Went back to them the day after to get my nail fixed. Two days after that I had more nails chip. SN...
Don't go for SNS. WASTE OF MONEY! I went last week to get SNS and I had a nail chip that night. So I Went back to them the day after to get my nail fixed. Two days after that I had more nails chip. SNS is way too expensive for the nails to chip within days. Obviously they have no idea how to do SNS. Even the nail I had fixed cracked. So I called to speak to the owner and they tell me she is on vacation. I asked to leave a message and to be contacted for a refund and left my number. You think I've been contacted? Poor customer service.

It was my first time coming here and I've been looking for a really good nail salon lately. Reading the reviews I decided to check it out. As soon as I walked in they had me in a chair, No wait at all. People are really friendly and very helpful. One girl asked if she could help me with my payment so I wouldn't mess up my nails. I asked for French tips and they did really good! I was so impressed & the best French tips than any other nail salon I've been too. This is my new place to go!

Super friendly, nice, and easy to talk to! Not the nicest salon but that's not a reflection on the service you'll get!

Very relaxing! The staff were family, which made the atmosphere very casual and welcoming. Will definitely be back! I got a pedicure, gel mani, and eyebrow wax. So happy with the result of all.

I love this salon!!! I came here to get a spa pedicure, and it was so relaxing. I got the Aroma Deluxe and got the scent cucumber. The atmosphere is great!! And the staff is wonderful. I tell my friends from my job to come here whenever they ask where I get my nails and toes done. Thank you☺️☺️

Overall I enjoyed my services, but not my experience. The ladies were very nice and my full set of French Tip acrylics were beautiful. She really made sure they were even and not too thick, which I really appreciated. However, it was a little difficult to relax with their unoccupied staff lounging all around in the lobby and on the massage chairs on their cell phones and iPads, as well as their open criticism of previous customers after they left (even though those previous customers somewhat did deserve it). It made the atmosphere awkward and tense. I'm not from around here, but for the quality of the nails I received I would go back, despite the awkward atmosphere. Maybe I just happened in on a bad day.

TERRIBLE! BE WARNED! If you get the BASIC pedicure that is advertised as $25, and you get gel polish on your toes, you’re going to pay $50 for that pedicure. They charge $25 for gel polish just on your toes! THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED!!!! I never give crappy reviews but I feel like I was just taken advantage of. Don't go for SNS. WASTE OF MONEY! I went last week to get SNS and I had a nail chip that night. So I Went back to them the day after to get my nail fixed. Two days after that I had more nails chip. SNS is way too expensive for the nails to chip within days. Obviously they have no idea how to do SNS. Even the nail I had fixed cracked. It was my first time coming here and I've been looking for a really good nail salon lately. Reading the reviews I decided to check it out. As soon as I walked in they had me in a chair, No wait at all. People are really friendly and very helpful. One girl asked if she could help me with my payment so I wouldn't mess up my nails. I asked for French tips and they did really good! I was so impressed & the best French tips than any other nail salon I've been too. This is my new place to go!

Overall I enjoyed my services, but not my experience. The ladies were very nice and my full set of French Tip acrylics were beautiful. She really made sure they were even and not too thick, which I really appreciated. However, it was a little difficult to relax with their unoccupied staff lounging all around in the lobby and on the massage chairs on their cell phones and iPads, as well as their open criticism of previous customers after they left (even though those previous customers somewhat did deserve it). It made the atmosphere awkward and tense. I'm not from around here, but for the quality of the nails I received I would go back, despite the awkward atmosphere. Maybe I just happened in on a bad day.
