AMAZING nail spa! I'm just mad I waited so long after my friends told me how wonderful Genesis is to actually visit. During my first visit, P. Dang did a wonderful job with my gel manicure so now I make all of my appointments with her. Let me say this -- I've been wearing gel manicure since my sophomore year of undergrad (now 8 years ago) and my manicure has never lasted 3-4 weeks. With P. Dang, it does and I absolutely love it! However, I do hear that every technician there is top notch. I now live in Macon, Georgia and Genesis is still my primary nail salon. So yes, I travel over 200 miles just for a gel manicure (and, of course, to visit family and friends). Read Less

The best nail salon ever!!! Always quality, professional work and my pedicure lasts at least a month! Nails are still glossy and no chipping! They really take their time with you and don't rush. They make you feel special. It's super clean and the workers are very friendly! They offer you Champaign or water to drink. I love them!!!! Read Less

I like their location and love their prices. They always offer a bottle of water or glass of wine. I usually get water in warmer months. Lil Bit gives a great pedicure. I use the blue setting and press AUTO on the massage chair. Read Less

I really enjoyed my visit yesterday, I went in for a pedicure and was so impressed with the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the work that Sara did I got a gel manicure also before I left. The last pedicure I had here was so bad that I said I wouldn't ever go back. Because of it's convenience, I stopped by today at 6:17 and was told rather rudely that they stop taking people at 6:15 (even though they are open until 7). I was in my car trying to find another place that was open and the lady who wouldn't take me 2 minutes past their "cut off" came outside to smoke a cigarette. Poor customer service. Read Less

By far the very best nail salon I've been too. Definitely worth the drive. I saw Tammy, who I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. She did a fantastic job. She paid attention to detail and my nails look great because of it. No bubbles, nails are even and symmetrical, perfect length, and the acrylic isnt thick and bulky. I've been shopping around for a good salon to call "home." Finally found it. I won't be going anywhere else. It's a clean place with a 100% health rating, which is important to me. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other salons. Complimentary drink service too, wine or water, which I thought was pretty great. I have to make about a 25 minute drive to get there from home but it's worth the drive. I don't know about the other nail techs and their work but Tammy is my new go to girl. Read Less

They do a beautiful job every time I go -consistent, excellent customer service from skilled technicians!!! At one visit, I went for wedding pedis with my nieces and the rest of my wedding party! Horrific experience !!! Pedicure tech used lotion I advised her I was allergic to and don't use it. Of course nothing is labeled ! Paid for superior pedicure with 15 minutes of extra massage. I got 3 total . questioning her resulted in a giggle. I advised my nail tech whom I assumed was the manager she ignored me. She was busy laughing with co worker about drinking after work again and greeting so drunk!!!! Listened to them carry on for 35 minutes. Nails lifted after three days. This place is beyond great. The people here are simply amazing and so welcoming. Makes you feel so comfortable because of their kindness. The people there cater to all your needs. I'm very picky with my acrylic nail and they nailed it. I love them so much!!! And my toes felt so wonderful they haven't felt so good in awhile . Walked out with brand new feet and brand new nails.
