Went to get gel done on my finger nails. The woman was very nice but my nails looked so bumpy and uneven in color i had to call and ask for them to fix it. The guy said it is because my nail was rigid and not smooth. They didn't even attempt to fix my nails or at least smooth them out before i got them painted. Ok so I'd really give this place a negative if I could. When I walked in the 2 people doing the nails looked at me then kept working. I stood there for 2-3 mins before they even spoke to me. Her face was frowned up and a witch stare. I gave her an enthusiastic hello hoping it would change her flavor.... yeah right. Permanent mug. I told her what I wanted and sat there for about 10 mins and not once did she say how long it was going to take or even looked my way. I left that hole. It was okay, we wait almost 30 minutes to be seen even though we made a appt. The owner was very rude , advised us we had to wait for our pedicures , mind u we where already with feet in the ate until all her she duped clients where done! Their was five of u all mani and pedis, u would think they would want the the business. At the end only three of us got the manis cause the my other two friends couldn't wait any longer...... we had different technicians for main and pedis w...hich I taught was odd. I was advised that I got the wax on my feet which I didn't and she continued to argue with me, but didn't pay for it anyway because the tech didn't do it. They where in such a hurry, I understand they were busy but they need to work on their customer service skills! The tech that did my mani was extremely rude pulling my hand and make faces cause I would move or yakk, next time you can talk to me! I wouldn't go here again wasn't for me. Great new place I've discovered! It's super nice atmosphere and everyone I have spoken to is super sweet! They take their time but my last manicure lasted 3 weeks without any chips or perks until the end of the three weeks!! Don't come in a hurry but enjoy the time you're here!!Read Less

Fashion nails is very dirty and I doubt they have passed an inspection in years.  Can't believe they keep their doors open. The owner smokes and the air is hideous, one can't breath.Save your time and money and go someplace else. Read Less

**This is the second time I've reviewed, they deleted my first review as well as all of the others that were not 5 stars*** Buyer beware. I had an awful experience at this salon. I had one tech start my pedicure then tell me another would finish because she needed to go do a manicure. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my toes to be polished. When someone finally came she rushed through it. After the first nail I asked her if the polish was too thin to cover and she told me ye...s but it was too late to change it but that she would do extra coats. Needless to say there were patches of my nail not covered my polish, she left polish on my skin and left a small cut on the tip of my toe. I asked for the manager and it was her. She said she wouldn't give me a refund and that she had clients waiting and that our conversation was making her look bad. That I should call and we'll resolve it on the phone. I'm a regular there, so over time I see their lack of regard for customers. They almost seem bothered when people come in. Hell, it's not our fault it's only 2 workers! But the last straw was yesterday when I asked the male owner a question, and he put his headphones in and ignored me! Wow. What business acts that way??? So I will NEVER RETURN. This was honestly one of the worst pedicures that I have ever received. I'm literally sitting in the chair as I type and I can't wait for my polish to dry. The nail technician turned the scalding hot water directly on my feet to wash her hands after first turning on the ice cold water. I literally have an open cut on one of my toes. The male that works here does not do a very good job. He doesn't cut your nails the right way like the females do, and he gives bad service. If you try to ask him to do something he ignores you. The females do a okay job. But I would not suggest this place to get your nail fixed up. Read Less

I didn't like the service..i went to have a gel set done one time and air bubbles were still on my nails..Plus, 2 days after i got my gel set, the gel top coat began chipping..not worth $20 for a fill- in! Read Less

The nailologist at Fashion Nails was the most professional naiIologist since my nail specialist in Hanford, Calif in 2000.
