Take it from someone that has been getting her nails done since 15. Do not go to this nail shop. I got my nails, toes and eye brows done. The quality of work was poor. The communication was terrible. And i had to make her redo my nails. On the positive side they had really pretty polish and i did not have to wait. My toes arent bad either. But there are plenty of other nail shops that will give you a more relaxing, better experience.

If your looking for a nail place in homewood please do NOT come to this location! The service took forever on top of that the cost was ridiculous. $45 for medium ...

If your looking for a nail place in homewood please do NOT come to this location! The service took forever on top of that the cost was ridiculous. $45 for medium length square nails, and gels that I didn't even ask for but you insisted!!!
Then I left a tip out of courtesy and I look on my bank statement and y all charges me for more (only like $2 but still...)

Saki is the best. She was very engaging and professional. We laughed and talked about how bad my nails looked but she made me feel great about finally doing something for myself. Eyebrow waxing, mani/pedi were all amazing. Love Ms. Francine too. Ive been going there since at least 2007 and the old owners were nice but i love this new team.

Horrible!!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!!! She rushed through my pedicure! I got a full pedicure and it lasted 10 minutes. She didn't shape up my toe nails, she didn't scrub my feet, or it looked like my 6 year old grand daughter painted my toes. I will never go back here again!

The nails are good but there are literally only three people here and they take forever if you're here on a Saturday. Maybe they're better on other days. Just not Saturday... Just hope they'll hire mo...

Although the manicure was relatively well done, the woman doing my pedicure (a different person from the manicurist) cut my cuticles enough that it was both painful and later got infected. They were both difficult to understand, and tended to shout across the floor to customers coming in rather than walking across to speak to them. I've been there a few times, but it's gotten worse. Although this business is close to me, I won't be back.

Take it from someone that has been getting her nails done since 15. Do not go to this nail shop. I got my nails, toes and eye brows done. The quality of work was poor. The communication was terrible. And i had to make her redo my nails. On the positive side they had really pretty polish and i did not have to wait. My toes arent bad either. But there are plenty of other nail shops that will give you a more relaxing, better experience.

Saki is the best. She was very engaging and professional. We laughed and talked about how bad my nails looked but she made me feel great about finally doing something for myself. Horrible!!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!!! She rushed through my pedicure! I got a full pedicure and it lasted 10 minutes. She didn't shape up my toe nails, she didn't scrub my feet, or it looked like my 6 year old grand daughter painted my toes. I will never go back here again!

Although the manicure was relatively well done, the woman doing my pedicure (a different person from the manicurist) cut my cuticles enough that it was both painful and later got infected. They were both difficult to understand, and tended to shout across the floor to customers coming in rather than walking across to speak to them. I've been there a few times, but it's gotten worse. Although this business is close to me, I won't be back.
