I usually use a place in Hoover but this one is close to home so wanted to try it out! It was way cheaper than the other place and they did an excellent job! The guy owner did my nails and did great and very fast! He didn't smile a lot or conversate but I love that! He still got a good tip!

My wife has been going here for years with absolutely no problems. One Saturday she goes in and is watching television and one of the men who operate in the store start on her nails. She looks down after he’s done 9/10 of her nails, and he has torn her natural fingernails completely up. He then said that he was mad at her for not coming in more often and that her nails had become weak because of it. Whatever he did to her nails has caused every fingernail except the one he did not have a chance to touch to bend back unnaturally. She sent me pictures of the nail job and I was like “What the hell happened?” If I could press criminal charges I would.
You are risking serious damage to your fingernails by going to this place depending on what mood the manager is in on the particular day you choose to go.

I went to this place for the first time Saturday and I had a good experience there so Wednesday my nails start to chip in Polish start to come off so I had time to call them Thursday they told me I could come in today so they can look at it and fix it so I went today they saw my nails and the man is the owner I guess the owner had an attitude so I had told him he can give me my money back or fix it so he had attitude he said he will fix it the whole time he was facing it he had an attitude he did not want to fix my nail I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone and I do not like their customer service they have attitudes don't go here please it's a waste of money I paid $79 for two people and both of our nails are messed up so I asked for a refund or a gift card they do not do that they told me they been here 10 years never seen nothing like this happened stuff happens👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The customer service was not the best I have ever had but, it was not the worst. I would definitely recommend this nail salon over Nail Star (by Publix) but, both are a bit outdated. I got a full gel set this morning; my nails still have glue all over them. The color is also not the same color I picked but, I did not want to cause any problems so I just paid and left. I'm frustrated because I showed them pictures of the nail shape and color but, this is not what I selected. Similar to my review on Nail Star if you like the simple, old, red Lauder grandma look then this is just the place for you. If you have higher expectations keep driving.

I went in wanting gel nails for an event I was going to. They kept telling me to pick a color and I kept trying to tell them that I didn't want gel nail polish. I wanted gel nails. After going back and forth a few times I thought he finally understood. I should have just left but I didnt. I sat down and after clipping my nails and putting tips on without so much as pushing my cuticles back he proceeds to start applying acrylics. He rushed through them never even asking me if I wanted square or rounded tips and of course 3 days later it looks like I need a fill already. Save your money and go somewhere that you can get what you want.

I usually use a place in Hoover but this one is close to home so wanted to try it out! It was way cheaper than the other place and they did an excellent job! The guy owner did my nails and did great and very fast! He didn't smile a lot or conversate but I love that! He still got a good tip!

My wife has been going here for years with absolutely no problems. One Saturday she goes in and is watching television and one of the men who operate in the store start on her nails. She looks down after he’s done 9/10 of her nails, and he has torn her natural fingernails completely up. He then said that he was mad at her for not coming in more often and that her nails had become weak because of it. Whatever he did to her nails has caused every fingernail except the one he did not have a chance to touch to bend back unnaturally. She sent me pictures of the nail job and I was like “What the hell happened?” If I could press criminal charges I would.

The customer service was not the best I have ever had but, it was not the worst. I would definitely recommend this nail salon over Nail Star (by Publix) but, both are a bit outdated. I got a full gel set this morning; my nails still have glue all over them. The color is also not the same color I picked but, I did not want to cause any problems so I just paid and left. I'm frustrated because I showed them pictures of the nail shape and color but, this is not what I selected.
