My experience was horrible!!! I went in on Sunday to get my nails done. I got acrylic nails (almond shape) While I was there, I tried to make conversation with the lady doing my nails. She would not talk to me. I know that she can speak English because she was having conversation with the customer sitting beside me. My nails are crooked and you can definitely tell that they are fake. They look like something that I could have gotten from the dollar tree! She rushed to do my nails and when she went to put me under the light to let my nails dry, she ran off to the next customer so quick that I had to turn it on myself. Every time I come here I remember why I'm not a regular customer. My first visit was for a pedicure and I was in the chair for half an hour with no water. The next time I went in with a friend. They had us sit next to each other in the pedicure chairs but only had one person working so we spent two hours there waiting on one employee to finish each customer at a time. Apparently, the staff and ownership believes that there are not other nail salons in the area who would love to have your business. The wait time is absolutely too long, customer service is sub-par, the salon environment has harsh lighting, the salon has old furnishings including cheap customer seating and, overall the ambience is poor. Pricing also seems inconsistent with market standards. For example, coffin nail shaping is usually around $3-$5 extra. I was told today that it would be an additional $8. I was also asked if I would prefer a rounded nail shape. I was asked this on another occasion and I got it just to keep the peace but, tonight I wanted what I asked for. I asked did she know how to do the shape which she stated that she did. Honestly, this place just seems outdated, out of touch and seems to not care to change. So, if you're going for the rounded, red, Lauder night cream, crepe hand look then this place is just for you; as for me (and my associates) we will just take our little business elsewhere. The worst nail job ever! I came straight home and removed my polish! Will never go here again. The man who did mine never spoke to me besides telling me to wash my hands and then gestured for me to leave when he was done. Very poor customer service. Read Less

Unsanitary!!! They did not sanitize tools properly, they didn't have liners for the spa tubs, and they cut my cuticles down so far they bled. I'll be shocked if I don't get either an infection or ingrown toenail. Read Less

Today was my very first visit there. When I walked in I didn't get a good vibe! Not friendly not welcoming! I proceeded and asked for a pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was extremely brief! I had to ask for the water to be heated and ask for double top coats on my toes because he half did it the first time . He told me that i had to wait and begin doing someone else nails. I waited finally the woman can over to get me for my manicure she didn't put my flip flops on my feet she said that they would mess up the polish. So I asked if they had the temporary ones that salons have. I didn't want to walk barefoot on the floor. She rudely responded No! I said well I need my shoes. She came and put the shoe on my foot and FORCEFULLY pushed it on between my toes. I expressed to her that there wasn't a need to intentionally hurt my foot. I got up and told her I didn't want my finger nails done. I would pay for what the man had done. I really didn't want to be at her mercy with her intentionally inflicting pain to me and my fingers! That woman is extremely unprofessional!!!!!! I will never go to that place again! Hate that i went this first time. My $22 was so much to give for their whacked up services!!!!! I went here years ago all the time and loved the service I got they did a great job...just recently started going back. The first time I went about 3 weeks ago and my nails looked awful. But went back because I thought they use to do a great job and maybe it was just a one time thing. But when I went back again this time it was even worse...they left polish on my skin and there was bubbles all in the polish. I will never go back! Women are nice and friendly, however, I can't say the same for one of the male manicurist. 1.) Manners: HORRIBLE - Once I sat down he didn't ask what color I had chosen for a gel manicure, which I didn't think was a big deal at first until it quickly became the reason for this post. 2.) Technique: ROUGH - Jerked my hand from position to position and anytime he needed me to move my hand he just tapped, rather than asking politely. At that point I'm thinking was a mute... he later proved he was not. I asked him to cut my thumbnails down, he did not. I asked for a manicure and all he did was soak my previously worn gel off. No hand warmers, no cuticle work, but he did massage my hands with lotion for 5 seconds, so there's that at least. 3.) Customer Service: NON-EXISTENT - Before he started painting my nails, I had to tell him the color. He acted so irritated he had to get up and go find it. When he came back he showed me the number, which was correct, but I noticed the color on the bottle was a lot darker than the color I wanted (a pale, natural, pink). I got a light, purple color. When I asked him if that was the right color he laughed and said very condescendingly and said, "Uh, 49!" so he continued on. When he was done, the color was definitely NOT the same. I showed it to him and he just stared at me... again with the mute thing. Started talking in his language to the ladies and one of them came over and checked it out. CLEARLY, she noticed it, but again, said nothing. They didn't offer to change it and didn't even acknowledge my frustration. 4.) Pedicure - I figured white was a safe color, right!? I mean, it's white. You can't screw that up. Haha, wow was I wrong. He got the color right, but completely BUSTED on the paint job. I had to ask him to redo my big toe not once, but 3 TIMES!!! After very much expressed anger on both our ends, I finally walked out of that place, never to return again. Needless to say, save your money or go somewhere that actually converses when you ask a question or at worst, can paint the right color nail polish... After all, isn't that your job? This place was immaculately clean!  I felt safe going here and the service was excellent.  Usually, in getting a full set of nails put on, I find that alot of people burn my preciously thin nail beds, but my manicurist was careful and in tune with my concerns, though even given my superb skills at being able to decipher foreign-English language barriers, I was hardly able to understand this guy's thick Japanese accent. Overal the prices are exceptional, the quality of service fantastic, and I am sooo happy with my new gel-infused french acrylics!  The mani-pedicurists took their time with my friend and I, and gave us a much needed pampering!
