I've used this salon a few times now, and love it. Im a creature of habit, so I started with Meme and prefer no one but her, but have had a guy and he was good to. She aims to please, and seems to be a bit of a perfectionist. She's quiet most of the time, but that doesn't bother me. So I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady refused to do what I wanted. When she finished waxing my eyebrows they literally looked the same as when I went in. When I asked her to trim the top of my eyebrows and wax a little more in the middle she looked at me stupid and told me that they would grow back weird. I have been getting my eyebrows done the same way for 6 years I think I know what my eyebrows do. One of my arches are also higher than the other but she doesn't pay any attention to that. Very rude service! He kept pushing for gel polish when I was there to have it removed. The lady started my nails without knowing what I wanted & was very rough. She snatched my debit card & yelled "sign" as I searched for MY pen. There were multiple words exchanged. DO NOT GO HERE! I went in with my mother and grandmother for manis and pedis and the man and women that did our nails kept drilling us about getting the stupid gel nail so I gave in and did it. The man promised it would stay on a full two weeks. The man rushed through my pedicure and my manicure.. My cuticles are afwul! The gel nail is starting to flake. The first time I went in the people were ok....my daughter & I both had services rendered. My daughter received a full set with gel polish & I received a mani-pedi with gel polish on my fingernails only....why did my total come to $160??? So I let it go but I was mad all in the same breath!! I tried them again 1 evening on my way home from work....I got a mani-pedi with gel polish on my nails $75....I cant get their pricing!!! My oldest 2 daughters went in for full sets with gel polish the first time price $40 they went back 4 days later for a simply polish change another $40!!! There NO PRICES Listed....my fault for not asking before having the services rendered but I have had these same services at other nail shops & it never cost me this much!!! After speaking with a few other people that use the same place, said they have NEVER been charged that much for some of the same services, in fact 1 person tells me that she has taken 2 daughters plus herself for under $100....why did it cost my youngest & 1 $160??
