We took 4 little girls in for one of their birthdays. Michelle was annoyed that we requested just polish and a design. She was extremely rude and impatient. When one of the girls asked for a watermelon design, she rolled her eyes. One of the girls, who has CP, was struggling to get in and out of the chair, and this woman grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the seat. I held my tongue until my children walked out, and then let the manager know that we will never been returning, and that we would be letting everyone know how terrible the service was from Michelle. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW. Posh is a nice place. And nice people working there. I was on the way to the gym and called posh over the phone and ask them how much a fill-in would be with regular polish they told me $20. I went in about an hour later got my nails done I also had a broken nail, which on their board says it’s only three dollars to get fixed. We can all do simple math so that should’ve been $23.when it was time for check out the charge me $28. They are charging extra only ringing it up as regular to keep the extra money for their tips. This really made me mad. So if you ever do go to posh make sure before you sit down in a chair you ask them how much everything is going to be are they will screw you. Read Less

Had a long week and just wanted to relax with my daughter. It was Saturday and yes, busy at 3:45 when we went, was told the wait was 25 minutes, waited 35, no big deal. But they were trying to get everyone out of there because there were other people walking in at this time and they close at 6. I have never felt so rushed in my life. All I got was a manicure for my daughter and I but they were completely rushing and not doing a good job because of it. I basically got a polis...h change and some lotion rapidly slapped on my arms and hands. (We waited longer than they spent on our manis) My daughter sat down and realized the color she picked was not the color she wanted and was talked out of picking the color she wanted. The gentleman who did my daughter’s mani did her nails first, then decided to throw lotion on her arms and rapidly rub it in and ruined the paint job he just did, and then tried to blame her for doing it. He fixed that nail but he got paint all over her fingers and just left it. (Pic in comments) It’s a shame they think ahead and have you pay before you do your nails because had I known how it was going to turn out, I would have never tipped them as much as I did. (And it wasn’t even THAT much considering what happened before) I’m not stingy with tipping but we didn’t even get the service we paid for. This was a very nice salon... Clean, friendly, and their massage chairs were fantastic! I opted for the deluxe pedicure and a simple manicure. I had requested to have my fingernails painted and provided a color selection, but I think there was some miscommunication, because they only cleaned up and buffed my fingernails. I had said I was going to take a "break" from powder dip, but I did want regular polish. Somehow, I didn't get that, but my nails looked so great and shiny, I didn't bring it up. The pedi was excellent, but a "deluxe" here was pretty much what I get at home (in South FL) with one added product. I was charged $65, which I found to be a little high, especially since I didn't even get paint on the fingers. When I called after I left to verify the prices, I was told that a deluxe pedicure and manicure would be 60. I didn't go back for the $5 difference, but was a little disappointed in that. There were no prices listed anywhere and I should've asked upfront, but I suppose that I am just so comfortable in my services at home, I never thought AL would be more expensive than Ft. Lauderdale or that they wouldn't be consistent in their pricing. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it, though I may shop around next time since I own a vacation home here and frequent the area. Read Less

I was in gulf shores for Alabama and one of my nails popped off so after looking for a close salon and reading reviews.. I ended up here. I came in right after opening and got help right away. I got a new full set with gel ($35 in Kansas City where I'm from) and I got told how the pedicures where to die for here by the guy doing my nails. I never bother with them any more and just get my toes painted because it never seems to affect how my feet look/feel. So, after being promised that it would be completely worth it, I ended up in the pedicure chair..I always do gel, (which is $30 for a gel pedicure back home) and the pedicure was decent, but once again my feet looked dry and cracked the next day like always.... My nails were done really nicely, though. So... here is the shocker....... my total was $105 for a gel mani/pedi. I got the basic pedicure, nothing special, no extras..... I was mind blown. I would not return due to the price, but I guess that could be typical prices in Alabama. Read Less

By far the BEST nail salon we have ever been to. We purposely wait to get our nails done before vacation so we can go here. The staff is super friendly and they always take their time to make sure you are relaxed and have the best experience. The pedicures are out of this world, I wish I could take them back home with me! Visiting from MS. Took my mom, sister, and 6 year old daughter at 4pm on a Wednesday. No one was there and we were treated like queens! They were genuinely nice to us and made us all feel pampered. He set my son, who was bored of course, in one of the pedicure chairs that is equipped with an ipad and offered him a drink and candy. We visited this place while on vacation in Orange Beach. Well worth the drive! They did a great job with the girls. Ages were 4, 14, 21, and 52. They were very patient with the 4 year old and the iPad at her chair really kept her entertained. They were busy but were able to take all four at the same time. I have been going to the Lee family's nail salons for years, they would never let someone wait that long. When you go in, if they are crowded, they will tell you how long a wait there will be. Overall very pleased with my gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. There was a wait at first, some of the employees were late getting to work (life happens, so I'm going to chalk it up to that), but the workers present were obviously working hard to not lose customers.     The nail tech who did my gel mani, pedi, and waxing was extremely nice & professional and did an amazing job! I believe her name was Linh, although I could very well be mistaken (I couldn't get a good glimpse of the name on her certification). Visiting from Nashville & decided to visit based on reviews.  I did have to wait but they told me how long prior to being seated in pedi-chair.  Everyone was extremely friendly & very customer service orientated. Lot's of regulars/locals were there & the vibe was very fun.  Gary did my mani/pedi and he was a talented tech who took his time, and did a great job. Everything was clean, neat, and organized. There is nothing "posh" about this place. If there is, I wouldn't know because I never had the "luxury" of their services. After waiting over 30 minutes for a chair, a woman waltzed in and was immediately seated because her friend had signed her in a half hour before us. At that point I asked how much longer we had to wait and was coolly told "at least another 30-45 minutes." Unless you're from the area, don't bother. They don't offer anything special there outside of a cheap chandelier that you can't get at any other nail salon in the entire southeast. Read Less
