I went to this place one evening, There was a young guy there, I got just a pedicure, I waited like an hour in the chair before he even started the water, Or even got waited on, he started cutting my nails and he cut me, he did put some antibacterial stuff on where he had cut me, it burned so bad. So I was like ok, ill let it go, Then he started putting the oils and stuff on my legs and feet, Just so everyone knows, I shaved my legs the same day i went in there they were smooth, This dude! He had on some small gloves on, I guess idk anyway his gloves tore, and he said Damn Girl when was the last time you shaved, O i was pissed by then. I'm not the type to make a scene in a public place So I just figured I would write a review about my experience and I will definitely not be back!!!!!!! Read Less

Recent move to area and this salon highly recommended. First visit for pedicure with Shawn was good! Next visit with no appointment was awful. Appeared short of staff, 1 tech doing hands, 1 doing a gentlemen pedicure. An older woman ( not sure if owner) started me. Very rough and painful experience. Broke a blood vessel in right ankle requiring quite some time to get bleeding stopped. On left great toe, trimmed sides to deep and pulling out cuticle , pulled out "fungus" under nail both causing pain. 1 week later still painful, reddened/bruised toe and may need MD appointment! Not happy........1 week antibiotics with now possible referral to Podiatrist. Read Less

Wonderful service!!! couldn't have asked for better.   They took 5 of us as walk-ins.  We never felt rushed and were made to feel very comfortable.  All of us were happy with our pedicures and manicures and felt very pampered.  Great place!! Read Less

I just recently moved to Gulf Shores and I am so happy it only took 2 tries to find the best nail salon in Gulf Shores Divine Nails! Super impressed with the 100% health inspection and even more impressed with the staff! Everyone is very helpful and friendly but most importantly they know what they are doing! Not sure about Mike below but I can tell you this... today I couldn't have been happier with my nails, toes and the service!!!  I've been back in Gulf Shores  a year and tried several places and walked away unhappy.   But today I found my new home!!! This has got to be the best example of worst way in the world to run a business. the business hours posted on door painted on 930 to 7 p.m. They consistently closed their doors between 4:30 and 6:15 whenever the hell they get ready to go home. Totally ignoring any and all prepaid customers who tan or do other business after 5 p.m. . not only bought 2 tanning packages and I only managed to ten 10 days because they were closed the rest of the time, but also walked in door with it wide open and open sign lit and was told to leave because they had nobody in there and they were closing and going home. No offer to make good my time  or gas money... My wife's pedi mani 80.00 package was also a joke. All we could do to get them to honor it.
