Sweet staff but I didn't like my hairstyle for my wedding. I specifically asked for beachy waves and was given ringlets. I also asked specifically for a waterfall braid and was told that there was only one stylist that could do one and all she did was twist some hair around my head. I would consider doing a trial run if you want to have your event makeup done, which might have a prevented what happened to me even though they knew what I wanted two months in advance. Read Less

I would give 0 stars if possible. We showed up 15 min before our appointment and filled out our paperwork. The ladies were talking around us about unprofessional subjects. Came time for our appointment and no body said anything. Finally 10 min after our appointment time I asked how much longer it was going to be as we had reservations to go to afterwards. With out apology they went to go check and came back saying they didn't know because one massage client made them late. 25 min past our appointment time we had to leave. They asked if we wanted to reschedule and I explained to them that this experience had left a bad taste in my mouth. They responded by saying these things happen. I do not suggest them as they are overpriced for the service they offer. Read Less

I got my hair and makeup done for my beach wedding. My hair was nothing like the pictures I showed for reference. I had a hair piece that was supposed to be on like a headband and she put it on like a tiara. My hair wasn't smoothed out at all and was hairspray ed frizzy. My makeup was so drastic and I felt like I was going to a pageant and not my wedding day. I actually wanted to cry when I saw myself in the mirror but did not have time to have anything redone. She didn't even let me pick my colors for my eye shadow. I wanted natural. I also paid extra to have the airbrush and I had so much makeup caked on that it showed lines on my face that I didn't even know I had. I would've been better off and felt more beautiful had I just done it myself and not wasted $150. I went back and wiped half of my makeup off and tried to fix my hair the best I could. I'm so disappointed because I only wanted to have the ceremony for the picutres and I won't even want to look at them. Read Less

Sweetest ppl ever!!! We traveled 12 hours to get to gulf shores for our 30th wedding Anniversary. We were running almost an hour late due to traffic, they were so kind and actually waited for us after hours. Kaitlin & Valarie gave us an hour-long couples massage and let me tell you, these girls were absolutely AMAZING. Valarie even got rid of my sciatica that I've had for weeks!! Thanks so much girls.... What a wonderful find! I was in Gulf Shores for a month and needed to get my nails done and get a massage. Fantastic job on my nails! I have acrylics and I'm pretty picky about my nails. This was my first time at a salon and I could really see a difference between the two! The staff was really tight knit and provided a great atmosphere. She was a saving grace regarding my hair for our family Thanksgiving pictures! She even kept my Charlie Brown style scar hidden just perfectly, which is no easy feat. Due to the weather CCs Salon really worked with me for my bridal appointment.  They were able to be flexible and open early so my bridal party and I to get in and get beautiful.  I got my makeup done and she did an amazing job. My niece takes her son here for hair cuts and they do AMAZING!!! He's just a baby, he's not perfectly still, and has outrageously curly hair but they are so sweet and patient with him. He always comes out looking great! The ladies here are so friendly and accomodating. Love this place! Read Less

Took a group here for manis, pedis, massages and facials.  Outside is a little dated but it was cute and clean inside.  Services were on par with prices.  No one had a reaction to products but decline the waxing if you have an upcoming event.  The ladies were sweet and gave us some good recommendations for the area.  Overall nice experience.
