I give Angel Nails top rating. I live here and have been going to this place for 6 years now. I get my nails and toes done every two to three weeks from them. They are wonderful and do a great job too. I moved from ATL so I am a bit picky with my nails and how they are to look. I am never disappointed with Angel Nails. DON'T GO HERE! I wouldn't even give it one star. If I could give them negative starts u would. They are really rude. It took them a whole hour to fix one nail that had broken off. I had a French manicure done in another town. These people wanted to redo the whole set when only one nail was broken! They were really rude to me. 1st time. Friday evening. New set of acrylics. Had us sit down, a while later started shaping and applying nails. Never mentioned polish until ready to apply, then got annoyed. $25. They're messy. Tips are too wide, acrylic is unlevel, on skin, and jagged. Will for sure start snagging and lifting within a few days. Hopefully the next place for fills can fix this mess. Read Less

I have never left a place with pain in my fingers. Tried the SNS for the first time and I would never do it again. After the 3rd layer of the powder and being there for over an hour she used the electric file to even them out and she kept hurting my finger and going too far in the nail. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my nails done, 4 people worked on them and they just kept getting up and doing something else and the come back. My nails feel like rock, like having cheap fake nails superglued to my nails. It was absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a nail salon. Never again!!! Read Less

We walked in as a group of 4 for pedicures and manicures, they had all of us seated right away. Two of us  for pedicures and two for manicures. They did a great job with both my pedicure and manicure. My friend got acrylic nails and toes for her wedding that day. This unassuming nail salon was a pleasant surprise. We were starting a long weekend at the beach and we decided to get a pedicure.  They took all four of us right away, they put two people of each of us as needed and the manager inspected the quality of the work in each client.  Two great surprises- they offer complimentary wine and the leg massage included hot stones.  We will make this salon a tradition with each visit to the beach!! Very disorganized. Apparently each employee is trained to do only part of a service. This creates an assembly line type experience. The problem is there is no rhyme or reason has to where a customer is in the process which creates unnecessarily long waits and does not provide first come first serve service. Three of us went there. Two of us wanted basic mani-pedis; one wanted a full acrylic set and a pedi. Due to the long waits between stages of the acrylics and due to them forgetting my daughter still needed polish, she ended up not getting her pedicure. My friend went there and got powder nails to go on vacation she paid $75. After 5 days they started coming loose and one came off. She was on on vacation out of state for 10 days and when she went back they said they would put the one nail back on but not fix the others because she waited too long. Pros: Relaxing time for a wonderful price. The friendly staff took their time on the pedicure, complete with hot stones and warm towels. Massage chairs and complimentary drinks enhanced the experience. Cons: The overall management of the business was a little disorganized. My friend also experienced a bit of discomfort. I have been going here for a while to get my eyebrows done. Today I went and it was awful. The old lady that did them obviously didn't know what she was doing. They were horrible. I went back in to get them fixed and she had to get somebody else to do them. The other lady didn't do much better. To say the least, I will not be back. Easily the worst fill I've ever had. The staff was RUDE, my nails are filed unevenly, they made me wait for about 25 minutes without an apology, and when I said I wanted embellishment they said "no one does that anymore, We don't do that." After asking about 5 times, she said she could do rhinestones. She waited until after the gel polish was set, and superglued the rhinestones both on bottom and top. Looks AWFUL. One of the rhinestones is upside down. The sign said $20 for a gel fill and I was charged $35. AVOID!!!! Read Less

Came here to have my nails filled and painted with gel. I'm no manicurist, but I can tell you by looking that they are too thick and uneven. The lady told me to take my hand out from under the light so she could keep painting then got upset because it didn't go the full 60 seconds under the light-then asked me did I not put it under the light, I mean come on this is ur job, not mine! On a vacation in Orange Beach, looked up a few salons in the area and decided on this one. Very good service, not much chatting and the music is relaxing. I received one of the best pedis ever, although three different technicians worked on me.  Best part was the gentle loofah, pedi scrub and the foot and leg massage.  The scent from the warm towel was delightful as we're the hot stones used to massage. In the Gulf Shores area on vacation in need of a pedicure; selected Angels Nails based upon a Yelp review. I did not make an appointment and was taken immediately back as a walk-in.  Price was reasonable ($25 for pedicure with hot stone massage). I was very impressed by their attention to cleanliness and being sanitary. The water bowl of the pedicure chair had a disposable plastic liner (first time I'd ever seen/experienced this). They use individual tool packets sealed in plastic bags and I saw them cleaning the plastic water jet parts after each pedicure was completed. I needed extra attention and Samantha came over and did the necessary work to relieve my problematic ingrown toenail. Quick service but the WORST brow wax I have ever had!!!  THey thinned out my brows so much and I have no arch now.  It has only been a week and I already have stray hairs coming back in.  My manicure and pedicure were okay with good massages but the rude old women all over the salons made the environment less than pleasant.  My search continues. I don't get pedicures often so it's important that when I do it's special. Went this morning right after they opened and immediately had a chair. Pedicure was good and the leg massage (including hot stones) was excellent and lasted a while. Very satisfying trip! Wish we had a nice manicure/pedicure place close to my hometown!As a side note, it has now been a week since my pedicure and my toes still look as good as they did the first day (except for the one I smashed in the door, but that's my own fault). I walked in at 2pm on a Monday. 4 people walked in after me, no appointments. Three were helped before me while the fourth walked out. I was left sitting in a cold pedicure bath for about 20 mins.
