Worst run place ever. The technician keeps going to help others because they understaff. So your wait time triples after they sit you down in their chair. You end up with 2-3 different ones doing your Mani/pedi and have to repeat what you want done to each of them. Language barrier makes it worse. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! They don't listen. If you complain at all, they argue with you. Basically was told by the man there, to leave because I (the customer) was wrong to complain about their service. I left after only 1/4 completion of a procedure that had already taken over 40 minutes since sitting down. Go elsewhere! Read Less

Worse place I have ever been. Treats you like a child or even worse, cattle. They don't listen, the guy there is rude, and argues with customers. I gave this place three try's, just hoping they were having glitches the other two times! There are many other places in town that give their customers respect and I would suggest spending your money at one of those. Read Less

Haven't been there in a while. I stopped going because they got sloppy, like all the rest who are filled with Asians (no offense, just my experience). I liked getting acrylic nails with white tips. At  first you couldn't tell where they filled in and the white remained white. Then they changed managers, and some of the nail techs had to return home in order not to overstay their work  visas. The last few times I went they left circles in the fill and the white part wore off in less than a week. The manager proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not...blah, blah, blah. So count me done. I'm still in search of a fluent English speaking nail tech, so msg if you know of one in Etowah County! Read Less
