LOVE this place. I have been here a few times before but live in rainbow city so usually go to a closer place but they don’t do a great job. I made an appointment for pedicure and fillin. The guy that did my pedicure was done in 20 minutes this included polish. There is polish all over my toes. He barely even filed my toenails and no I didn’t opt for the cheapest pedicure. He was done with my toes and the three people that were doing nails all took full sets that were walk-ins. Needless to say I didn’t wait around for an hour for them to get finished with the full-sets. I paid for the pedicure and left and I won’t be back. Read Less

I'm kind of upset with Happy Nails at the moment my daughter and I have been using Happy Nails For Life the past 5 years and was always to give an amazing review but we've noticed with each passing time going in things have just declined started going downhill headed to many booked not enough people to do appointments running out of seating cuz there's nowhere for anybody to say it last time we was in there was last week I was back there washing my nails and here comes one of the guys working there but just lost his mind because he thought that I had the water turned on too high for me to be washing my hands and actually asked me what are you doing in a hot tone voice translation yelled at me over the water you just don't do that in the place of business and it ain't like that it was on full blast and then I look to the left and he had a big basket of towels that he was washing out in the sink next to me with water no washer no hot water washer no Sanitation and the nail job that I got was horrible that day not to mention I was seated with another lady that told me to go pick out a color and when I come back they took it upon yourself to pick up and move my purse my billfold my cell phone all the way over to a new guy I thought someone had stolen my things it was just a horrible experience needless to say my daughter and I will no longer be going back we are currently shopping for a new nail technician as we speak and I really hate that because it started out as a really really nice place but I will give the owner the benefit of the doubt everytime stuff like this is going on he's not there when he's there stuff goes a lot more smoothly but I'm just not going to go and be treated like that take the chance of him not being there and me pay close to $100 for somebody to mistreat me no I'm just not going to stand for it so go in there at your own choice but the last four five times my daughter not as experienced has slowly declined and I will not pay for someone to mistreat me especially mistreat my daughter and it bothers me to have to turn in a report like this on them or an opinion but that's what these little things are for right is so they can keep check on it and make things better but until they know their business is declining nothing's going to get done about it I just feel really bad for the owner cuz he is a really nice guy he just needs to get the bad ones out of there and I think what the problem is is most of the bad ones is his family it's just a shame snow that your family would ruin your business like that behind your back specially when you're helping that person out by giving them a job anyway I'm so sorry for this long review it just really hurts my heart I hope things do get better for happy now but until they do I just can't go back in there Read Less
