Horrible service this issue almost escalated into a fight... I came in this morning to get a mani pedi from nee and scott who is the owner had a nasty attitude early in the morning I guess he hates his job..after telling him that I wanted nee to only do my feet and the other guy to do my nails he allowed another client to before me then scotts wife snatched the gel nail polish out of my hand and told me to come back at 4 which I did to have time for them Scott the owner told me it did not matter and screamed at me in front of everyone that I did not explain who I wanted to do my nails, after considering the fact that if I knocked the hell out of him I would go to jail I got up and left......this will be MY LAST VISIST TO LIBBIES NAILS...btw the gay young guy that works there gives people bottled water and drinks after he has worked on people feet with dirt all over his hands....PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! Last but not least their gel nail polish that is way overpriced starting chipping within a couple of days....

This is the worst nail place you can ever go to in the world. Because my experience there was a nightmare. I been going to this nail salon for a guy name ken for 4 months. As the time went on he started getting really rude to me . Also so bad that he jumped up out of his chair and wanted to fight me . That was it I will not ever accept that or go back for bad treatment. With over priced nails expecting a tip . So be prepared .

One of the few nail salons where all of the techs can do nails. They stay pretty busy but 9/10 it's worth the wait.

Came as recommendation from yelp and was very happy. Such good service and lots of colors to choose from! Had a pedicure and gel mani done. Will definitely be coming back!

Libbie's Nails is a great place in Fultondale. I've been exclusively with Linda for almost two years. She is fabulous. All of the technicians are wonderful and care a lot about the customers. The salon is always clean. Go by and pay them a visit for some relaxation pampering.

Disgusting place to go. Went just recently to get my nails done and the lady couldn't understand me. Also used a nail file and nail buffer with white residue on it which means I wasn't the only custom...
Disgusting place to go. Went just recently to get my nails done and the lady couldn't understand me. Also used a nail file and nail buffer with white residue on it which means I wasn't the only customer that nail file was used on. Also be careful what nail polish you get, some have bubbles in them from the workers putting acetone in it to make it go longer. What made me more mad is going to their tanning side and all the lotions are expired. Bulbs haven't been changed in God knows how long and the acrylic on the bed feels rough. Owners clearly don't care about the tanning side.

They cannot understand anything. I asked for a design on my big toe and she said, you have an ingrown toenail? I'm so disappointed.

I have known the shop owner for 9years now. He originally had a shop with his brother and they split up and got their own shops. Both are FANTASTIC. However, this particular brother hires people who are NOT professional nail artist! I NOR ANYONE SHOULD HAVE TO LEAVE A NAIL SALON AND SEE lumps, imperfections, uneven nails (acrylic & finger nail) cut fingers, and over pricing for no reason. The last time my sister and I went, he let his teacher who he had just hired to do our nails. BAD IDEA!!!!! I keep my acrylic nails for a good month (that is when the shop owner does them) but the next day After his teacher does my nails I had chips...the tips of my nails were falling off, my paint was chipping, there was no polish on the sides of my nails, and there was barely an acrylic on them! I was soo hurt and offended! But this ISN'T the FIRST time he has let someone do my nails that were not certified!!! My Sister calls me almost in tears!!!! Because the acrylic was SO THIN IN HER NAILS, it cracked and caused a horizontal line in the middle of her nail, and pulled her REAL nail off with it and she WAS BLEEDING EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! However!!!!!!!! This was after we confronted the shop owner and he supposedly fixed her nails!!! And then we were also charged full price for his teacher's mistakes!

This is the worst nail place you can ever go to in the world. Because my experience there was a nightmare. I been going to this nail salon for a guy name ken for 4 months. Also used a nail file and nail buffer with white residue on it which means I wasn't the only customer that nail file was used on. Also be careful what nail polish you get, some have bubbles in them from the workers putting acetone in it to make it go longer. What made me more mad is going to their tanning side and all the lotions are expired. Bulbs haven't been changed in God knows how long and the acrylic on the bed feels rough.
