Beyond livid... .so I go to get my nails done... upon my arrival, the gentleman asks what I needed done, I reply fill in and pedicure. After waiting almost 2 hrs, he calls me over to do my nails, everything is fine at this point. Nails done, he goes to get my color, then tells me he doesn't have it. Tells me to select another color, while I'm looking, he tells me to hurry that it is only a Damn color and that I will only have to keep it 2 weeks. Moving on...he then proceeds to tell me he can't do my pedicure, you can only change my to polish, because he is ready to go home. Ok, you have done nails long enough that when I came in, and knowing how many was ahead of me, you should have told me that you would not be able to do my pedicure and give me the option to wait 2 hrs,.. oh here is the kicker, when he realized I was upset, he said fine, I'll do your pedicure, I couldn't answer for a second, because I was stunned at his tone, and knew that he would not provide me a good service, due to he was ready to get home. he counted to 3, like you do with a child. I can understand if I came in at closing, but, I was there way before time to close.
