This was a 1st time getting a pedi done and I thought they were amazing!! My daughter and myself absolutely loved the girls that did ours! I have been going here for close to 3 years. Tom always does my nails and he is absolutely wonderful. Yes the wait is ungodly long but he’s worth it. I have never heard him be rude to a customer not has he ever been rude to me. He does a great job and he’s worth the wait. Read Less

I am currently here & I have never had such awful service at a nail salon. They close at 6:30. I came in at 5:40 for my eyebrows to be waxed. The man working said “hey” and kept walking. They never asked “how may we help you” or anything. They are not that busy, so I stand there for maybe 3 minutes before I seat myself. Please don’t ask me why, but I have been waiting for over an hour to get my eyebrows done in an establishment that isn’t busy. I asked 15 minutes ago and the man said another 30 minutes. To sum things up, I will not be back to this facility. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here! Read Less

Walked into Queens and was not greeted by anyone. I asked how long it would be to get solar nails and pedicure and was told 15 minutes. I thought okay, that’s not too long, I can wait. After waiting for approximately 50 minutes, someone finally called me back to sit in a chair. It took another 20 minutes before anyone actually started on my nails. Getting to the point, they kept running the drill thing over my cuticles causing so much pain, my nail beds were bleeding by the time they finished and the tips were not straight and all different lengths. They were sore for days. And for the cherry on top, two of my nails broke off within a week and I had to go to another salon and pay to have them fixed. My pedicure wasnt much better. The ladies rushed through our pedicure and manicure. When I was drying I accidentally touched one of my wet nails on something so I asked the lady to fix it. She made it out like it was a big inconvenience. She painted over the nail which made it way thicker than the others and she didn’t apply the top coat so it was a different color than my other nails. There was no one else waiting. Even after it all was said and done I did come back in with a very nice tip. The only time I seen that lady smile was when I handed her cash. Last time I went in this salon, I was ignored for an unacceptable amount of time, and then when they finally acknowledged me and got me back, they rushed through my pedicure, they cut skin several times, I left with nail polish on my skin and probably the worst polish job ever. This place is absolute shit. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced . Tom the owner is rude & unprofessional . There was an accident where my son was crying & he asked the lady to stop my nails & as i told him no , i payed for my nails to get done so i won’t be leaving . Horrible customer service, bad quality nail polish. Mani-Pedi Saturday evening about 2 pm + Monday morning polish flaking off nails. Management (young man) says polish only lasts 3 days. So watch ur change because he cannot count either. Lady that performed mani-pedi was very nice and efficient. Should clean lotion from nails before painting and use better quality polish in my opinion. Read Less

I don't know why I keep going to this place.. never again.. the lady that did my pedi wasn't all that good it only lasted 10 min and then while under the dryer waiting for my nails to dry the polish started bubbling and we I asked then to do it over she got mad at me!!! Went in with a friend for a fill and pedicure. I ask about using my chrome powder which they have used before and they refused! Pick a color", no, I want chrome. Guy said no, not have time,! Well, guess that you won't have to get my business. Sorry service, rude people and not customer friendly at all. I used them once in the past and had a bad experience so it will not happen again. I have been waiting for almost 10 minutes and no one has asked me what service I want. No one has even acknowledge that I entered their business. Not only that, but they are really slow. Took my mother and brother here for pedicures and gel nails for my mother and I and pedicure and manicure for my brother. Fast service. Actually too fast!!! After the service was done I left not satisfied with the service and to top it all off their gel selection was very limited. I have cracked heals and took a few people with me. Half way through the pedicure I asked if the attendant would shave my heals. She stated they are not allowed. Istated that was my only purpose in getting a peticure. I paid and the man asked about adding a tip. I explained I spent $75 and still have cracked heals. He recommended I go to Robertsdale for that. Worst Service I have ever had anywhere. I had pedicure, gel nails done on Wednesday, by Saturday I had lost one nail completely. I went in on Monday, she replaced that one: I had just left and noticed two more were falling away. I immediately went back, was told to sit and wait. I could not wait and told him I would come back today. Last evening I lost two more nails, I thought they should have done all of them over.. He said they would do the ones that were missing and they are finished with me. There is no guarantee how long they last.
