I went into regal nails on Wednesday to get a full
acrylic set with a French tip. I left very unsatisfied with bare acrylics on. After I asked for a French tip the lady that was helping me did a swipe of the nail polish and called it a day I stopped and asked if that was finished she said yes, I then asked her to fix the shape she then got an attitude and asked me "why didn't you tell me that to begin with" as if I needed to tell her to do a French tip correctly. She then took the polish off and I showed her exactly how I wanted it (which was a basic
French manicure) she then told me that the pictures I showed were press-on and not possible. I then paid and left with bare acrylic nails. Very unsatisfied and would not recommend

WORSE NAIL SALON EVER! I WENT TO GET A PEDI AND FULL SET AT 4 PM I ENDED UP LEAVING ALMOST AT 7 (THE TIME THEY CLOSE!) 1ST THEY TOOK 1 HOUR DOING MY PEDI BECAUSE INSTEAD OF WORKING THEY WERE TALKING...

BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO WHEN I ASKED FROM THE BEGINNING AND AT THE END THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO DO ANY DESIGNS BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO! I WILL NEVER COME AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!

Horrible, don't acknowledge costumers unless they know you, people just butt right in front of you I will never go there again I went to Lovely Nails across the street they did a wonderful job and they have a lot more chairs for customers.

I have been going here for over 20 years and will continue as long as Joseph and Teresa run it. They always do a fabulous job and treat me like family. There health department rating is always 100 as they are meticulous in how they take care and keep to their system of doing things. I won't go anywhere else.

My granddaughter and I just left Regal Nails on Hough Road in Florence, AL (Walmart). From the moment we entered we felt welcome. My nails have never looked this good. They charge reasonable prices and know what they are doing. I would recommend this location to everyone.
