Maria is an excellent nail tech there. I went today, 6.16.18 and Maria was not available. I had a different person do my pedicure. Worst pedi I have ever recieved. She didn't remove old polish completely. She cut my nail too close to my nail bed. It hurt and I let her know. My nails are uneven and polish on my skin on almost every toe. She didn't take the time she should have. Terrible job. The only reason I will go back is to have Maria do my nails. Read Less

I came in to relax and actually left with anxiety, they don't have enough workers and juggle clients. I purchased a very expensive pedicure and had several steps skipped. Also the polish looked awful, I do nails myself and know the difference. There had to of been at least 15 customers in chairs and only 4 or 5 workers. What a mess Read Less

Never go here if you want to get your nails done properly I walked in two hours before they closed and the man completely rushed on the shape of my fill-in and fucked them entirely I'm so angry that I even paid for this trash my nails look like fucking shit.... didn't listen to anything I asked for. I went for a fill in and the manager Tina completely ruined my nails. She grinded them to a point that the gel didn't even cover the marks up... they are not straight whatsoever and u can still see my nail around the edges.. I went back and tried talking to her and she was absolutely rude about it. I tried explaining to her i have been gwtting my nails done for years and have never had an issue at my regular salon and she rudely informed me I could go back to the place I normally go to. By far worst nail salon in decatur, not only quality but customer service.. Will never be returning. I know understand why the salon is always empty. Lesson learned. Read Less

this business makes you pay more for solar nails when its only acrylic but a better name brand than the cheap off brand acrylic they normally use, the gel nails they claim to have, that are 45, is using powder. Look it up gel nails are using gel not powder. They are charging high prices for solar and gel nails buts it just an acrylic do not use them find a better salon. They are a cheap salon charging high salon prices I would rather pay more and get quality over this scummy place. Read Less

4 members of my family went to get pedicures here, and 3 of us bled during the process. My toenail polish looked pretty bad, I could have done a better job myself. Prices were pretty expensive, considering the service we received. I'll never go back to this salon, very disappointed. Read Less

I am new to the area and have gone to Venus Nails and always had nice results. But I have to say the staff is very rude. The most recent tech that did my nails did not speak, tapped my hand and pushed it away when done and was very rough when filing. I left there with extremley sore cuticals and some bleeding. The following day my cuticles were very swollen. The nails may look nice but the experience was not only unprofessional but painful. I would not refer anybody to this salon. Read Less

The owner, Tina, is rude. I have been several times and she makes you wait (one time for 1 1/2 hours and another time 1 hour). If you are just getting a manicure she will put you at the end of the line, to let her customers paying for higher price services be first. Don't go there.
