I had a pedicure done and they didn't use a base coat or too coat, however I still paid for the pedicure and proceeded to sit at the dryer to let my toes dry and the owner lady was so rude she said I can take the little flip flops and let them dry at home because they were closing. It was about 7:00pm and on the door it reads they close 8:00pm and I said what time do you close and " she said 7:00pm". I told her I am not going outside in flip flops in 40 degree weather I paid my money so I'm going to let my toes dry. Then another customer came in and she said we are closed and the lady said well it says 8 on the door 🚪 and the lady said are you going to do my nails or do I need to go some where else. She agreed to do them after she had just tried to rush me out l!! I do not recommend this place the owners are rude. Some of the staff are nice but but this place is poorly ran ! My elderly mother went there this weekend. The owner's wife put her feet in cold water and wouldn't fill it with warm water after she asked. The owner's toddler ran around the building the entire time, which caused the woman to constantly have to stop and tend to him. She started to clip my mom's toenails, but then pushed her chair away and held her nose and said "BAD!" She did this TWICE. My mother had just showered and had been soaking her feet in the cold tub provided. This is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Never again. Absolute horrid work. I went in and they were busy, which I understood. I didn't understand why 2 ladies with no appointment were seen before me but I wasn't in a hurry. The owners wife did my nails and not only are they uneven and too short, the gel isn't evenly distributed on the nail! See pics- this is day 2 after getting them done. Nicked 7 out of my 10 cuticles, washing my hands with water hurt and the alcohol swab step made me want to cry. Lumpy uneven nail shape, made my fingers look fatter instead of slimmer like they normally do, chunks of acrillic still stick to underside of nails, way too thick at tips for me to do things like pick up change from a counter top or open a pop top. They were kind of rude and acting like it was killing them to wait on me. They lady that did my pedi barely said two words to me. She got polish all over my skin. There was a kid in there that belonged to the owner I guess and he was running around and screaming nearly the whole time. The only reason I gave one star because it was pretty clean. Happened to be visiting friends in town and gave this place a try based on other yelp reviews. I walked in and was greeted right away and offered a bottle of water. I got a manicure and pedicure for $35, was in and out in about an hour, and my nails look great. Friendly service and 100 health rating. I would definitely come again if I'm up this way. Read Less

I gave this place a second try, thinking maybe it was the way I wanted the nails that didn't meet my expectations. But honestly the second time suck I don't know how many time my cuticles got cut, my nails look awful. The process was just too rush. I feel like I could have done a better job at home. Read Less

Yes they are friendly but they cut corners on there work meaning they charge you for what you want but they don't do all of the steps! And i got my nails done yesterday and the paint is already chipping.Smh not a happy customer. Read Less

Worst. Experience. Ever. I always try to go here on my lunch break because the service is fast. Maybe a little too fast. Went today to get a manicure with a gel color. They were not busy, three other women were in the shop. I'm assuming my technician was the owner because the others were answering to him. I have never had a manicure that ended with me being in pain. Never. This was a first. He took off the gel nail color with his finger nail. I did not soak my fingertips in warm water to soften my cuticles. When he went to trim those down, he was going way too fast, as if he were in a hurry, and he cut me so deep that I started to bleed....the bleeding did not stop. He eased up SOME after he saw that he drew blood. I was literally in pain after he finished. So much so, that I stopped him mid-service and left. Now, my fingertips have skin hanging from him not doing a clean job, and my nail beds are jacked from him scraping them with his fingernails.
