I went in today to get fake nails since I am a nail biter. Also got a pedicure. The staff was so helpful!! I was able to have a relaxing glass of wine and chat with the staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I know I will go back because they made my visit so relaxing. I recently had back surgery and told them in case I needed to stand up. Great place to go with girlfriends, get some wine...or mimosas..and enjoy a spa day. So far I've only got nails (gel) and pedi (gel and regular) and they've done a great job every time. I am visiting from out of town and wanted to get a mani and pedi. This place is perfect, better than all the salons I have tried in California. They are very tentative. There is a bar there and Leigh first made me a mimosa. My pedicure was great and at the same time Leigh did my nails. I also got my brows waxed. I just moved to Daphne and stumbled upon this place. The staff is amazing! I brought in my 93 year old grandmother for a mani/pedi and the ladies were so sweet to her and did a great job. I had my eyebrows waxed as well and they made them perfect. We will definitely be back! Read Less

Holly is amazing she always does the most amazing nails, solar or acrylic. Ashley does amazing French! My nails never lift or chip which is unbelievable, especially in my line of work. Horrible experience! I received a mani that turned out looking like a young child painted my nails. But it gets worse.... the girl who waxed my eyebrows took a huge chunk out of my eyebrow. Then looked at me and said, "i didn't do that. It was like that when you came." I couldn't believe it. The manager said she couldn't do anything because she didn't see my eyebrows before the wax. Sad to say it but it was the worst experience I've had in a nail salon in years. I asked for a manicure with SNS - the tech just started in on the nail prep with no manicure and was annoyed when I asked her if she was going to perform a true manicure before applying the dip powder. She then proceeded to put 4 coats of powder on, then slopped the VERY thick hardening top coat on and walked away. I was left with what could only be equated to horse hooves - the SNS powder was al...l over my fingers and down into my cuticles (which she barely pushed back or trimmed). By the end of the day, I had to (very painfully) remove the entire thing as it was so painful in my skin. The sloppy top coat dried clumpy and had huge peaks and valleys. This is all in addition to the pretty pitiful pedicure I received that left me with gel polish all over my toes - and then ended up costing me $65. I've been twice and was disappointed both times. I got gel nails the first time and the gel peeled off three nails after about a week and my nails broke easily. The second time I was crunched for time and couldn't go to my normal salon so I went to them hoping for a better experience but it was worse. The tech filed my finger until it bled and then she didn't stop she just said it would be OK. She kept filing the same spot causing much pain because she was trying to fix a ...nail she cut way too short. After I complained she had to create a nail for me out of acrylic. I also recieved a horrible pedicure that made my feet feel like sand paper. When I got in the bed my feet scrapped on the cover and made noise. Went for a bridal get together. Was told by the person doing my manicure that I could not get fake tips and gel polish and then at the end was asked if I wanted a top coat of clear picture polish or clear gel to make it last longer. When I questioned him about it, he said oh yeah, we can't do it. Their prices were way too expensive for their services. Oh, and after getting acrylic pearl tips on Saturday, a huge chunk broke off oh my pointer finger. I do not do any type of work to cause this to happen 48 hours later. Will never be back. Read Less

Very friendly and fast but not too fast... They took their time and really prepped my daughter for her manicure that she LOVES btw and her tech talked to her the entire time! She loved every minute of her 1st manicure experience!! Although, her little baby fingers did cost as much as an adult manicure. Great job overall and we'll be coming back shortly! Read Less

I took my mom in for a pedicure as a treat. I was so impressed with the layout, friendly staff that I decided to get my first manicure and pedicure. I enjoyed talking with the technicians who worked on me. Everyone was friendly. They did of course like any business upsell their services. I went ahead and go the Nu Spa Pedicure and Manicure. My daughter and I went to Polished Nair Bar for a girls treat.  I was very disappointed with the service.  When we walked through the front door.  There was employee's playing cards and not one of them could stop and greet us.  There was finally someone that came from the back and asked us what services we would like to receive.  I got a pedicure, and my daughter got a manicure.  Before we decided to go there my daughter saw that they had a 20% coupon for a 1st time visit.  I called before going in and the person I talked with on the phone said it was on their $42.00  pedicure spa treatment.  When I went in and told the pedicurist about the special she went and verified the services and said it was only honored on the $50.00 pedicure. Because they would not honor what they told me on the phone. I got a basic pedicure and the service I received for the price was very poor.  They charged me $30.00 and it wasn't even worth $10.00.  In fact at the end, I started to wonder if they also included their tip in the total price.  My daughter and I did not enjoy our experience.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.  Someone previously mentioned that it is overpriced and I agree.    They are a joke and rip off!  Anyone that put a 5 star rating on Yelp has to be the owners or their friends and they had plenty of them hanging around in the shop.  Not the spa experience that I was hoping for my daughter and I to have together. Although it's a bit pricey and they try to up sell you with the gel, they are SO worth it. This is also a bar, so you can get a nice glass of champagne or wine while you get your nails done. I got an amazingly crafted French manicure and Vincent did an incredible job. He actually took the time to make sure the tips looked good and perfect. I've never had a nail salon take so much care with that. Their pedicures are the best. They have awesome massage chairs with iPad minis attached, so you can read, scroll Facebook, or play games without draining your own battery. They have a bunch of pedicure options but the regular pedicure is still really nice. I highly recommend. Read Less

This place is awful. I went in for a manicure and granted my nails are sort, but no one would do as incite on me. I brought my own polish and they said they could not use it. Went for pedi this week - first time visiting.  Pros - clean, nice, great massage chairs and the mini ipad was a nice thing to pass the time.  Cons - an expensive pedicure for the service provided.  I don't mind paying that much, but I expect more than 45 minutes to be spent for a $42 pedicure.  Also, there's a sign up front that says services may be provided by a student or an apprentice.  Again, I wouldn't pay that much for someone who's not yet licensed.  Before deciding this is my place, I'll shop around a little.  One final thing, there's a coupon online available for first time customers only.  I forgot to print it out.  When I asked if pulling it up on phone or their ipad would be sufficient, they said no.  When I asked if I could use it next visit, the answer was a resounding no.  I realized my mistake in not printing it, but good customer service suggests a little flexibility on their part would go a long way. I am a guy who had never had a manicure or pedicure. My wife talked me into do doing one at the same time she had one. It was AWESOME! My feet and hands never  felt or looked better. This is a great place if you want to relax and be pampered. The inside is very nicely decorated and clean. I have been here three times and cannot complain about anything. The herbal pedicures are very soothing and the deluxe is even better- it leaves your feet feeling tingly and relaxed. I have a problem keeping the polish on my nails and they suggested a gel polish that always stays for weeks!  ;) Love it! Read Less
