My clear nail polish on fingernails got gummy & came off & my toenail polish used was a red color & it felt gummy & sticky. My socks were sticking to my nails & this is days after my pedicure. i did pedicure n manicure. Pedicure : lasted about 20 mins, painted my nails with 4 layers of polish which was not done neatly. I had nail polish all over my fingers . Both hands and feet didn't dry properly after about 20 minutes under the dryer. When I complained, they started acting as if they didn't know English. I get my mani pedi's done there on a regular basis. Typically have to wait, never excessively long especially considering I just pop in when ever I can. No appointment. Pricing is standard for this area. You cannot put tips on credit card unless your mail tech has square on her phone. I always plan on cash tip. They know me there. I get good service and tip well. Worst experience ever!!! Only reason I had to come here is my nail girl was booked and I had a nail emergency. Reading the reviews I don't even know how this place is in business. Wish I would of read them befor coming. The lady who did mine( the eldest) was rude toward the end rushed me and did a horrible job. I am not happy at all!!! I got here at opening time 9:30 am I understand it takes a little while to open but it should not take 40 minutes. Went in 45 mins before closing to get gel nails and they refused to help me because they would not have it done in time. I have never had it take 45mins for gel nails. That was my first and last time ever going to Majestic nails. Read Less

Visited with my granddaughter and her friend and their service was great. Most the people their speak great English so we didn't have much trouble telling them what we want. The price is about the same around this area but the quality are better. Try not to come during holidays weekend or at least make an appointmento because it gets packed. JEssie D Read Less

I would only go to this salon if you are in a hurry and want a 7 minute pedicure. The only redeeming factor for this pedicure was that I had to wait on them to finish another person and got to soak my feet for about 10 minutes. Once the girl started on my actual pedicure it took her not more than 7 minutes to finish it. I'm not sure why they rushed on my treatment but i know I was in and out the door before 3 of the people that got there before me. There was no foot massage nor did they exfoliate my heels etc... The pricing at this salon was in line with other salons in the area however I would rate this as the worst pedicure I've experienced. Bought a manicure and pedicure gift certificate for an employee's birthday. The gift certificate stated both manicure and pedicure. Poor lady was sitting in the chair and was told she would have to pay an additional $15 if she wanted to add a pedicure. Majestic Nails also tried to upsale her in a high pressure sales approach.
