Well, a year ago it would have been 5stars but then I went to work for them and EVERYTHING changed. I have been the 5th employee that they have gone thru. Sure their work is the best I've had but after this experience I will never go back no matter how long I have to search to find a new nail home... THAT should tell you something. Everyone was very nice but just beware of upcharges ! They will suggest something in a nonchalant way, without saying it'll be another $10 or more. You'll end up spending way more than you planned if you aren't careful. Other than that, they do a beautiful job. Just consistently ask prices, especially if you're on a budget.Read Less

Went here for the first time today. Visit was great at first. I was in a hurry so nick suggested the gel polish so it would dry more quickly. It was an additional $15 that I agreed to. While working on my nails he suggested doing something different... pink top coat with gel clear coat over. Told me getting the gel clear coat for extra charge would make it so that my nails dried instantly and I wouldn't have to worry about messing them up. By the time I made it back to work (less than 10 mins away) all nails but 2 were smudged. I called, nick was very nice and told me to come back so he could fix it. I waited for 30 mins before getting helped. When I finally made it to the chair, his solution was me paying an additional $10 because the way HE suggested we do it previously wasn't a good idea. I planned on going there regularly on lunch breaks due to the convenience but that will not be happening!!! Worst nail salon experience ever and I highly suggest not visiting! Read Less

there are several nail shops in the area, and after trying all of them, this is definitely the best! They treat you like family, and my nails have never looked better! The pedis are great and I have never felt rushed, even with people waiting. I've gone home after trying others in the area, and had hubby (who doesn't usually care) ask me "did you pay for that?" but I've always gone home happy since finding them. they've even helped me mix colors to get the perfect shade I wanted. I had one of the worst experiences at this place today. I went to get a mani/pedi/eyebrow wax with my best friend. It's a couple of days before my wedding and we have lots of stuff to do. It took 2 1/2 hours to get those three simple things done. My friend got burns on her feet from the heated stone rub because the stones were too hot. My cuticles were bleeding after the fact. The guy doing my pedicure was stopping every 15 seconds or so to respond to a text message on his phone. Once I got seated in the chair with the water running at my feet, I sat for at least 45 minutes before they got to me...when there was only one other person in the store other than my friend and I and 3 employees. One employee randomly stopped in the middle of the 3rd ladies pedicure and left. My eyebrows...don't even get me started. I came here when it was Zen and it was awesome for eyebrow waxes...I wouldn't send my worst enemy to the new Deluxe Nails...too much and too hot wax was used (burned again) and the side of one of my eyebrows is almost pencil thin. I will definitely never ever use or recommend this place to anybody. Read Less
