I bought a close friend, who was visiting me from out of state, for a pedi. I called ahead and was told they were not taking appointments, but that there was "not much of a wait."When we entered, we were not greeted but told to choose a color. We were not offered wine, soft drink or even water. As people kept rotating through for manicure appointments, we waited. We commented that their pedicures must take much longer than manicures. After 45 minutes when others came through the door and there was no more seating space, we were moved to empty pedi chairs. No water was drawn, but we were just sitting in the chairs. Neither pedicurist spoke, made eye contact or acknowledged our presence, like telling us that she'd be with us soon. After we had been there over an hour with no service beginning, we walked out. And i will never go back. They use un-licensed assistants who are "in training", who happened to be the daughter of the owner. I believe unlisenced nail tech working anywhere but a beauty school, are illegal. Read Less
