I do NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. I went in and it was not busy.. and they had a problem with one of their massage chairs.. I waited 30 minutes for ALL five ladies to look at the machine.. second off, the manager is VERY RUDE.. she does a TERRIBLE job on nails. Pulls off the nails.. just Yanks them off.. no personality.. also, if you choose to go here, the manager will yell at your kids.. I had to bring my children in with me, and she yelled at my daughter for every little thing.. I took my two kids.. it was a slow day.. they are well behaved.. don't touch anything.. AND they will charge your card twice.. once for the correct amount and another for more than you signed for.. if you HAVE to go to this place, pay CASH.. .Do not use card.. if you use card, check your bank account when you leave there.. they are very VERY STINGY. I randomly found this place while traveling on business back last May. They are absolutely wonderful and so friendly. I have very sensitive fingers and I am really picky about who does my nails and they hit a home run with me. I am from Tennessee and travel to Mobile about once a month. Their solar nails are absolutely gorgeous and I waited to do my nails until I could come here this month. Thanks Ladies! Great customer service and beautiful long lasting nails are not a common find. We are from out of town, Hard to find a place open on a Sunday as my husband works a lot and never has time for a pedicure. We felt so welcomed like we had been there a million times. Staff & atmosphere was great and we will defiantly be returning. Read Less

My nails turned out terrible! Polish started coming off in 4 days so I removed their polish, bought my own polish, and redid my nails, I lost 2 nails in 5 days for washing close and checking my mail, I lost 1nail in 6 days on the job looking through some paperwork, and I lost 2 more nails in 7 days because (NO LIE) I shook my hand because I had water on them from my can soda. My hard earned money on 7 day nails that should last at least 3 weeks and because I didn't call within the third day of getting my nails done there is nothing they can do but hell they should last way past 3 days. I will never go back again because they were rushing to get me out of there and they pretty much did my nails while getting my pedicure, they cut and glued the fake nails on while I was getting a pedicure. I have been going to these ladies for over a year now. I have been to a lot of different nail salons but never have I ever been to one that treats you like family more than Bellagio does. Just had the most wonderful pedicure and the staff was so friendly and even ran into an a former co worker and we had a great time I didn't get the name of the wonderful lady that did my pedicure but thank you so much I spend 16 hours a day on my feet and your care for my ingrown toe nails will make that easier for me to do my job ps I won't let my husband touch them and I will see you soon Read Less

This is a really great place with great workers. I enjoy coming here. Between my work schedule and having to travel from across the bay to get here, it's always well worth it. And i love when she freestyle the designs because it's always something cute. Never have she freestyled and it was ugly. Also Cam does great brows.
