The best place in Cullman. I’ve tried every place and this is by far my favorite. Friendly people, talented employees, and nice, classy atmosphere. They messed up one time, and we’re super sweet and apologetic, fixed it right away. The pricing is fair, and people always compliment my nails.

Nina was unfriendly and in a rush to get to other people who had come in. She acted like she had no interest in doing my nails. She filed them much shorter than I requested, told me she didn’t like my color choice, and then proceeded to do a very sloppy paint job. My nails are crooked, all different thickness, and look like little pieces of chicklet gum. In 20 years of on and off nail services I have NEVER had such a lousy job done.

Okay. I have been to this place to get my pedicure one time. There are wonderful massage chairs, free WiFi, free bottle of water, excellent employee service and quality service. Price was too high.

I went there a few weeks ago while visiting my daughter and was impressed with the atmosphere, the friendly people, and the quality of the work. My problem is that the young woman doing my nails accidentally nipped my skin right at the edge of the nail. It wasn't a bad cut and I paid no attention to it. Within 2 days I had an infection in that finger that had to be lanced. I have taken a round of antibiotics and I think it is getting better. My question is how well do they clean the tools of their trade. I should not have developed such a severe infection from a tiny little nip. It was treated with alcohol as soon as I got back to my daughter's home. She pulled the clippers out of a drawer and threw them right back in when she finished clipping my nails.

My Mother talked me into trying this salon instead of the one I've been using for 18 years and I was very very happy, not only did my nails look awesome, they lasted for weeks and most importantly they did not turn yellow in the bronzing beds.

Nina was unfriendly and in a rush to get to other people who had come in. She acted like she had no interest in doing my nails. She filed them much shorter than I requested, told me she didn’t like my color choice, and then proceeded to do a very sloppy paint job. I went there a few weeks ago while visiting my daughter and was impressed with the atmosphere, the friendly people, and the quality of the work. My problem is that the young woman doing my nails accidentally nipped my skin right at the edge of the nail. It wasn't a bad cut and I paid no attention to it. Within 2 days I had an infection in that finger that had to be lanced. I have taken a round of antibiotics and I think it is getting better. My Mother talked me into trying this salon instead of the one I've been using for 18 years and I was very very happy, not only did my nails look awesome, they lasted for weeks and most importantly they did not turn yellow in the bronzing beds.
