This was my first visit here, on the recommendation of a friend.  Walking in, I was advised that a pedicure and full set would be 20-30 mins even though I had an appointment.  I sat and waited and was then approached to be told that one of the girls there could do pedicures but not nails.  They asked if I wouldn't mind doing the pedicure first then wait another 20-30 mins for someone who was qualified to do the full set.  I'm a little irritated at this point, but said fine since I was already there.  The non-qualified girl sits me in a massage chair that doesn't work and begins trying to take off my polish.  She uses acetone I explain to her that they are gel.  She looks confused and starts prattling away in another language to the other techs.  After about 10 minutes of that, she grabs another solution and wraps each toe in tin foil.  I sit there another 15 minutes while she works on some one else.  When she comes back she removes the foil and starts roughly scraping the gel off my toes, hard enough for it to hurt. Her grip slips a couple of times so the tool she's using ends up jabbing me in between my toenail and cuticle.  It hurts like crazy and I let her know that, but she keeps going.  She's finally done, and I'm breaking a sweat.  She does the leg massage and applys no pressure whatsoever, looking like she's half asleep.  The lady next to me even noticed and commented that she must be tired.  She pulls out the clippers to trim my cuticles which are still sore from being jabbed and hacks away.  Ive got a pretty high threshold for pain, but ouch!  She's cutting beyond the cuticle!  Finally she stopped to trim my toenails and I still haven't been asked at this point how I want them done.  I usually get French tips painted on my toes. She not only trims them painfully short but too short to do the French tips.  For  the second time she goes back to hacking away at my cuticles and I yelp in pain!  Another guy who works there says something to her and he is obviously mad at her.  He asks me what I wanted and I explain the French tips to him, but he tells me the nails are now too short!  I'm livid!  He ends up doing a bad paint job, seriously could have done it myself better at home for free, and asks me about my full set I originally wanted.  No thanks, I'll go back to my usual place as I'm fed up with the crap job y'all have done here.  I go to pay, $47 for a painful half pedicure that wasn't what I wanted that literally drew blood.  No apologies, nothing.  I now have an infection in my toe.  DO NOT GO HERE!
