Went in for pink and white gel nails...guy said had new pink and white powder was better... last longer...ask about price about same he says. ..he does my nails as he starts the pink oh there's a,little sparkle in the pink not much he says... I'm not a sparkling kind of gal...finished I'm supposed to have oval shaped nails he made them spike looking and it was glitter not sparkles....already upset...then came time to pay...as I opened up my wallet 1st bill on top is a 50.. he says oh its 50... ...NEVER I repeat NEVER again will I go there that was an awful experience. ...awful!!!!!!

Went here and had my nails done and they came off three days later. I should have read the reviews. Spoke with owner and he said it was my problem. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go her...

I got the gel nails on a Friday and they started popping off 6 days later. I was out of town when it happened so went to salon to let them know and was told to leave it was my problem. They do not stand behind their product or what they do so if you choose to go here and this happens to you don't be surprised.

Went here Thursday before Memorial Day weekend and got French manicure with a pedi. Two nails popped off within a couple of days and I was in California so could not return. Went back the next Friday ...
Went here Thursday before Memorial Day weekend and got French manicure with a pedi. Two nails popped off within a couple of days and I was in California so could not return. Went back the next Friday to tell the guy that did my nails what happened and when I did it seems to make him angry. I was not trying to get my money back or more of his crappy nails but just letting them know. I told him I would not be back and he was like good. Worst cumstomer service I ever experienced. Buyer beware!!

Went to them last Friday an paid $45 For "gel nails" an I only have 4 still left on. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years this is the worst. I will never return.

DISAPPOINTMENT is an understatement! As a birthday present for my mother (while visiting from Rome, GA) last Saturday (April 21st), we went to KV Nails where I received a french manicure/pedicure and my mother had a manicure (she even brought her own polish). Two hours later and $60 (including a 20% tip), we left. Now, a little more than 48 hours later, 3 nails have chipped just doing normal things. I called mom (who is now visiting in TN) to explain my frustrations and she said she was not pleased with the outcome either. Living 37 miles away doesn't given me to opportunity to just stop by for someone to make good in some way, shape or form. So, when I was looking up the number to call them, I found this place to post a review and wanted others to know -
