Rude and unorganized staff, combined with a two and a half hour visit made for a miserable encounter. Prices for services are not clear and concise. Language barrier is a big issue. Absolutely the worst waste of money I’ve ever made.

Make an appointment. They're always crowded because of the location. They do a decent job most times (it's hit or miss), but I'm still on the hunt for a better nail shop.

Customer service can sometimes be challenging because of communication/language barriers. Overall, they do a great job. My gel nails last a minimum of 2 weeks (usually longer!) before showing any signs of wear. The lower leg massage during a pedicure is awesome. Convenient location, nice atmosphere (they always give you a little basket with snacks and a bottle of water)! If you go on a weekday, there is no wait time…and the longest I’ve ever waited on a Saturday morning is about 30 minutes (which is not bad at all compared to other nail salons).

I normally have a great experience with them, but the last time I went which was less than a week ago my paint is already fading and chipping off. Disappointing

I have never had my gel nails last as long as they have when I get my nails done here! They remember you and what's going on in your life even if you haven't been in there for months! Great service!!!

The nail guy did a horrible job. I called back to complain and they told me to come back. I went back 3 times and they were always to busy and wanted me to wait 30 or 45 minutes to fix their mistake. ...
The nail guy did a horrible job. I called back to complain and they told me to come back. I went back 3 times and they were always to busy and wanted me to wait 30 or 45 minutes to fix their mistake. They never offered to give my money back and were rude when I asked. I don't recommend them at all!

Horrible customer service. I had previously called and gotten one price then when it came to paying the price was different. I'd told them about the call and price I was given. They proceeded to argue with me & putting there phones in my face saying no one had called that day. I confirmed from my phone that I had called ...they continued to argue with me and said no one but one person speaks English there ,but I was in the salon and heard 4 of them speaking English. I'd paid and told them I wouldn't be back and they women that works there kept talking back saying "that's fine" stomping around with an attitude. I don't think so ! Poor excuse for customer service. I WOULD NOT recommend this nail salon.

I love them! They do such great pedicures and manicures. Everyone is very friendly, and it's very clean. Always relaxing, and prices are right on par with every other nail salon. Highly recommend....
I love them! They do such great pedicures and manicures. Everyone is very friendly, and it's very clean. Always relaxing, and prices are right on par with every other nail salon. Highly recommend. Timmy, Andy, and Tiffany are excellent!
