I have been going to see Vi and her husband for the 10 years I have lived off of 280 they are so sweet, always do a great job, and go the extra mile to make you comfortable instead of pushing you out ...
I have been going to see Vi and her husband for the 10 years I have lived off of 280 they are so sweet, always do a great job, and go the extra mile to make you comfortable instead of pushing you out the door like so many others salons. I always recommend their salon over any other and anytime have family in town or a special occasion we all do manicures and pedicures with Vi at Regal. I myself go every other month and always will.....love you guys.

I went to get a fill-in and it took forever! The nail tech literally took 40 mins to do my nails and I didn't even get color! He sat his phone and watched a movie while he did my nails, so I finally decided to leave. He got up to get his phone, walked around for a minute and everything.

That was a terrible experience. Could not wait to get out of there because the longer I sat and looked around and noticed of filthy it was. Worse part was by the time I got home my gel pedicure, (if you call it a pedicure) was peeling off. I was so upset I drove back to get money money back. I had to wake up the girl (the only person there) in the pedi chair. Told I wanted a refund and she said she would fix.... She said she told her husband he was putting it on to thick when he was doing it. REALLY!! She used cuticle scissors to remove the polish that was left on and proceed to cut me. So here i sit now with a cut on my toe from tools that are even clean! Don't go....Terrible Experience

Disgusting, do not go! No posted score from board , and they had dirty tools out to be used on me. No thank you, I would rather not catch a fungal infection or worse! I wish we could put 0

Can I give half a star? This was the worst mani and pedi ever!! Felt like a dirty mani and pedi and they made me soak my fingers in a dog bowl ??? Never again I will go any where but here!!!

Vi and her husband own the salon and have been at the location for 15 years. I was referred to them by a colleagues. I wasn't interested at first because my expectations were not high for using a service such at that, from Wal-Mart. (bad hair experience years ago). I have rough heals and have never received such a wonderful and perfect job as Ms. Vi did. My heals have never (not since I was a baby) been so smooth. She did a great job with the entire pedicure. I will be using them every time!!

Vi and her husband own the salon and have been at the location for 15 years. I was referred to them by a colleague. If I could give this zero stars, I would. The 'salon' if that's what you wanna call it, was a complete mess. It looked like a teenage girl's bedroom. It was a Sunday and I really needed my nails done ...
If I could give this zero stars, I would. The 'salon' if that's what you wanna call it, was a complete mess. It looked like a teenage girl's bedroom. It was a Sunday and I really needed my nails done and no other salon was open so I went to this ratchet Walmart salon. I asked for acrylic French tips. The guy who did my nails (whose name I did not get), did a horrible horrible job. He used the cuticle drill (I think that's what it's called) to cut my cuticles and he did it so badly that 3 of my nail beds bled. The acrylics didn't last for more than an hour. It started peeling and chipping shortly after I got home. I OH SO GENEROUSLY TIPPED THIS MAN $10. I will never ever go here again.
