Went there this afternoon...lady rushed and half did my feet and when I tried to confront her about it (in a nice way) she didn’t do anything about it. This is one of the worst nail shops in Center Point. Bad Customer service. All employees are rude, and half do their work. Money is more of their concern than making their customers happy. They are also slow af I waited 1 whole hour for toe nail polish. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

This is my most favorite nail salon from Birmingham to Auburn!! The owners, Phillip and Emily are the best and I've been going to them when I can for years! You can take in a drink (in a Yeti of cours...
This is my most favorite nail salon from Birmingham to Auburn!! The owners, Phillip and Emily are the best and I've been going to them when I can for years! You can take in a drink (in a Yeti of course ;) get the best brow wax of your life from Emily, have a relaxing quiet pedicure that I've personally had last 30 days and manicure always looks great or they'll fix it later for you. Just a cool place. Never crazy busy where you can't run an errand and come right back. They do close early at 6pm. Usually have court TV shows or old school daytime TV you used to watch like Judge Judy.

Best pedi of my life (delux) and amazing acrylic with gel. These ladies took their time and did a great job and they stayed open late to accommodate everyone who came in. Definitely my new nail shop

The customer service and quality of work is very bad there and the wife has a bad attitude. She seemed to not want to do what I asked for and only what she insisted on doing. I will not be spending another copper penny in there. If I could rate this place with no stars I would.

I went in to have gel nails applied to my manicure. Within two days they began to chip. I went back into the salon to have them repaired. The owner said it would be ten dollars to repair. I stated I just had them done here!!!! They refused to accommodate me. The workmanship and services were poor.

I received the most amazing manicure today from Lily! I came in with a botched acrylic job and she knew exactly how to fix it. Not only did she create a flawless set of solar nails with a coffin shape, she also gave me exactly what I wanted for designs. You can tell that she really loves her job and takes her artwork seriously- yes, her manicuring skills are artwork! She is the best of the best as far as I'm concerned and I'll most definitely be coming back!

My nails by Lily came out beautifully, but I opted for a clear nail and they turned yellow within the first week. She should have taken measures to use a UV protectant.

Like the review above, this is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. I haven't been to many in portland, but I've been to my share of nail salons, and this takes the cake! The atmosphere was relaxing, Ryan (I think that's his name) and Mimi did MAGIC on my nails and I walked away very happy! They also kept me laughing the whole time and the place was super clean. I will be back! :)

Went there this afternoon...lady rushed and half did my feet and when I tried to confront her about it (in a nice way) she didn’t do anything about it. This is one of the worst nail shops in Center Point. Bad Customer service. All employees are rude, and half do their work. Money is more of their concern than making their customers happy. Not only did she create a flawless set of solar nails with a coffin shape, she also gave me exactly what I wanted for designs. You can tell that she really loves her job and takes her artwork seriously- yes, her manicuring skills are artwork! She is the best of the best as far as I'm concerned and I'll most definitely be coming back!

Like the review above, this is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. I haven't been to many in portland, but I've been to my share of nail salons, and this takes the cake! The atmosphere was relaxing, Ryan (I think that's his name) and Mimi did MAGIC on my nails and I walked away very happy! They also kept me laughing the whole time and the place was super clean. I will be back! :)
