I've been here twice now because of the outpour of positive reviews, and I'm so impressed with this place! Luxury Nails Spa really puts the customer first, and makes every customer feel valued! Andy did my pedicure which came out beautifully. Chris did my no chip manicure with a design. I showed him an intricate Pinterest post that I really liked, and he was ready to take on the challenge! He worked patiently and made sure I loved it every step of the way. I love my spring nails! I was a regular customer there until 5/17/18. They are greedy crooks! My daughter was there and she asked for gel polish. She even wrote down what she wanted. I went out to run some much needed errands and my daughter sent a text saying that they were upgrading her service after telling them she didn't want it if there was an extra charge several times. I hurriedly returned to the salon and they already started it. I asked them the reason why they did it. And they acted as though they didn't understand what I was saying and started speaking their language. The lady said there must have been a misunderstanding and I asked them how could they not understand the word "NO." I talked with the owner and told him that I will never come back again and he said "Whatever!" They are money chasers and they do not value their customers at all!! Read Less

It was a relaxing mother/daughters day, (with my 2 adult daughters) out for pedicures. The techs were so friendly. The best part was getting my legs and feet massaged after the pedi was done. And oooo wee the hot towel wrapped around each leg was really nice. Not too many people can stand the hot towels though. They are really, really hot. Read Less

I came to this place during my vacation for 3 weeks prior. I was in for a relaxing experience. I was always offered a beverage during my process. Very good services! Went in to get a nail repair for the SAME nails that I had done here 1 week ago; Chris did them for me (guy in back with long hair) in short, they repaired my nail and all of a sudden couldn’t find the gel nail color that matched my nails!!!!! Keep in mind I got them done LAST WEEK! They proceed to tell me that they haven’t had the color in a long time..... HOW?!?!!!?!!! No help at all trying to find the matching color or anything. They are really great, clean, nice, not wanting to rusa You OUT. The Employees are happy all the time joking the owner is always attentive. They know how to do art nails I asked them for a specific evil eye art and they didn't complain they said sure pick a color. Other nails salon say No! I have been coming here to get my nails done since they have been opened and I really want to thank you Kevin and Nancy. You matched the exact color I wanted and I've been happy on every visit ! I'm not a happy customer (now former). I made an appt with the owner two days ago I go today, I was told I had no appt.  Instead of Carol taking me and doing my fill in she let me walk out the door.  Any business that would do that is destined to FAIL.  I have spent all types of money at this shop since moving here.  Very disappointed will not ever be back!  Terrible customer service.  I'm flying home in a few days will take my money where services be rendered with no issues. Had my nails done Wednesday, by Saturday they were lifting, chipping and cracked. I live an hour away and they would not refund me. I have done nothing to make my nails do this and I will be contacting the BBB. Read Less

I would consider myself a regular here and the last time I've visited will be my last time. An ombré color was forced on me and it was done horribly. My nails are not even the same shape as each other at all. It was all done in a very rushed matter and when I asked for a color change because I did not like what was done and didn't ask for it I was told to wait till he finished another customer. Read Less

I went 3 times here first time to get my old acrylics removed and to have them put on new solar nails 2nd time a fill and pedicure .. I came back in less then Week later to fix a broken nail and also pointed out my nail was lifting and was told whoever put your new set on did it wrong.. when I told him it was them he got defensive and denied I came in and said sorry you only came in last week for the first time and that it was just for a fill .. I told him no but he was still... very defensive and asked me the day and looked in his scheduling book.. I said fine because I didn't want to argue anymore even though I was right!! I went home looked up my bank recorded sure enough I was charged $41 on 5-19 for my solar set and 2nd time a fill and pedi on 6-8 .. I read all of the reviews....had to make a tough decision, with the benefit of no doubt I decided to take a chance.....a nice place and friendly staffs, the guy helped me and did my nails....asian long hair...I think he might be the owner. Anyway, had finger nails, toes and eyebrow done...in the process of getting my nails done I asked him how much was everything going to be....he said $81....I spent just that....but did not get $81 worth of things done. I asked for French style with gel powder since it last longer and cost a little it more....the older lady put white polish....instead. so just be careful you get what you ask for. I go here on a regular and normally I see Chris and the staff is always nice. I came in today and Chris wasn't able to assist me right away and the fat Asian guy with the glasses told me he wasn't my hands and that I could wait on Chris to assist me and he had an attitude about it. The other guest were suprised and so was I so I made sure I recorded the entire thing he was rude for no reason and didn't want to touch me for some reason which was never stated . I will be reporting the business to the better business Bureau because that's no way to treat anyone although the rest of the staff is nice. One bad apple will ruin the entire bunch. Read Less

Plusses: the staff is SO NICE. The really go out of their way to learn their client's names. The leg massages are awesome. Also, they are updating the pedi chairs and I like them a lot better. I've always been 100% satisfied with the pedi service. Negatives: the shellack top coat is meh. It's just doesn't retain its shine add long as it should and sometimes ends up looking a little patchy. My other complaint is really a wish... I know that shellack takes a while to do, but I wish they'd do more massage with a mani. Read Less
