Love getting my nails and toes done here. Chris is my go to for nails. Kathy is always so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend. Their revamped place is beautiful. You must see!!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THIS SALON FOR OVER 11 YEARS! I WENT TO GET MY NAILS DONE MONDAY AND I USUALLY LET CHRIS DO MY NAILS BUT HE WAS NOT THERE THAT DAY AND IT WAS ONE HOUR UNTIL THEY CLOSED. I ASKED IF SANDY COULD DO MY NAILS BECAUSE I HEARD THAT SHE DOES A GOOD JOB. I THINK SHE RUSHED AND DID MY NAILS BECAUSE WE WERE 40 MINUTES PASS THERE CLOSING TIME. MY NAILS WERE CROOKED AND BULKY SO I WENT BACK TO ASK CHRIS TO FIX THEM THE NEXT DAY AND THEY IMMEDIATLEY TREATED ME LIKE CRAP. HE RESHAPED THEM AND REPAINTED THEM. THE NEXT DAY ONE OF MY NAILS FAIL OFF AND THE OTHER NAILS STARTED LIFTING
THIS WAS A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER. I GO BACK AND HE ONLY FIXED ONE AND REFUSED TO FIX THE REST. CHRIS WAS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE WITH ME. HE WAS HOLLERING AT ME AND HITTING ON THE DESK. KATHY ALSO WAS HOLLERING AT ME TOO. ALL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO FIX MY NAILS. BY THE WAY THEY AGREED THAT MY NAILS WERE NOT DONE PROPERLY. THERE SOLUTION WAS TO COME BACK IN TWO WEEKS TO GET A FILL IN AND THEN HE WILL FIX MY NAILS. SO PRETTY MUCH I WOULD BE PAYING TWICE TO GET MY NAILS DONE THE RIGHT WAY. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SAID NO AT FIRST. FINALLY THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY WILL HAVE TO CUT MY NAILS. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. THEY TREAT PEOPLE OF COLOR LIKE TRASH. THE POLICE OFFICER THAT CAME OUT STATED THAT THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO COME OUT TO THIS SHOP BECAUSE THIS SHOP HAS BAD SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. I WILL BE SEEING WHAT OPTIONS I HAVE TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE LEGALLY BECAUSE THEY GET AWAY WITH DOING THIS TO OFTEN.

I went for the first time for Acrylic Nails and boy was that a mistake!!! They were put on way to wide for my nail bed and extremely heavy! Went back in 2 1/2 weeks for fill in, and new tech said your nails are too wide who did this! Went back for third visit and noticed a nice green spot growing under one of my nails. The shop owner claimed I had been working in the yard. I replied NO, she laughed and said oh just put vicks vapor rub on it! They immediately started to clean all around me and took all the nail instruments to soak in alcohol. Never noticed them doing this before or after any other visit. Clearly I had nail fungus and I got it AT THEIR SALON! Even had to pay to have them soaked off. Unclean, unprofessional, unapologetic for my nail fungus. Please don't go here, you will regret it!

RUSHED ME TO PAY !!!!!!! after she told me to let my toes dry and when I get ready i can check out. My toes wasn't dry On top of that charged me $15 for to polish my 5 year old toes and nails ! Their over priced and not even all THAT!!!!!!!!!! Their work is horrible, very !!!!!!!! She also was talking about me in her language because she got mad because she messed my toe polish up trying to put my slides on talking about she told me not to move! Im so pissed i started not to pay what a waste of $76 !!!!!!!!!!!!! when i say that was the 1st and LAST TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please stay away from them !!!!!!

They give a good pedicure, however do not expect your hands to look as grate as your feet! My favorite part of my horrible visit at chic nails was when the manager forgot how to speak English when I came to her with my problem. neither the lady nor the manager wanted to fix my nails ( I get just the tips polished and they left a mess under the tip then finished it off with the clear coat" all they could say was "OH"... then ask me how I wanted to pay... I usually leave a $10-$20 tip to who ever works on my nails but with no one willing to fix their poor work on my nails that was clear to see, I didn't leave anything nor will I be back, not even for a pedicure. I spend about $350.00 a month in a nail shop and I'm not picky. They just lost a good returning customer. I will not recommend going here unless you just want to waste your money and time.

This was my first time ever coming here to get my nails done. I'm originally from California and came to chic nails as an " emergency " because I couldn't keep walking around with messed up nails. First off the owner kept throwing out random prices for how much my nails were going to cost. Over the phone she told me 40 then when I came in she told me 51. I've never paid 51 for nails, let alone 40. I am a college student and that's over priced if you ask me. I get my nails done for THIRTY dollars and I am satisfied every time. Secondly , the shape of my nails is terrible and I have lumps in my nails. I like my feet though that is the only thing I would recommend . But other than that, do not go for gel nails or shaping they will have your nails all kind of different shapes.

My toes look okay but nails look horrible for the price.

Well....i said ma'am there is a toe nail in the clippers, she got so mad speaking in her language and yelling at me, I had no idea what she was saying, but I knew she was being very rude. I left, and will NEVER go back!

Poor service and less than sanitary technique makes this a place to pass on your way to get a manicure and/or pedicure. While offering an array of different services ranging in price from $25 to $60 for a pedicure, what they specialize in is unprofessional banter between staff and largely ignoring their customers. Due to their proximity to a main thoroughfare and other shopping it is likely that they will always have a good crowd but I'd be surprised if they have many repeat customers.

I will never go back and wouldn't if I was you. I mean they were friendly but they charge you an outrageous price. While offering an array of different services ranging in price from $25 to $60 for a pedicure, what they specialize in is unprofessional banter between staff and largely ignoring their customers.
