Yesterday I went to get my eyebrows done and this morning I woke up like this! Please beware of this ! Also was going in their for my nails after they finished she told me it was $80.00 and I had my real own nails they did a fill in and fingernail polish! I never went back to get my nails done again. I said will let me get my eyebrows done but surprisingly they didn’t get this done right either I will not get anything done but my feet from a sweet lady name Julie if u would recommend her to anyone she takes her time on your feet. This place will give you the worse experience and then BAN you from there place. How ever they are just doing me and others justice by doing this. I have been to almost every nail salon in Auburn for my acrylics and Tnails hands down have done the best job in town. I got a new set and CC did a beautiful French Ombré. Worst manicure experience! Let’s face it, we only get a manicure for the massage, am I right? Well don’t go here! This was my first experience at this salon and I will not be back! The ONLY redeeming quality of the “manicure” was that the gel polish isn’t lumpy. She spent lots of time getting the shape right (my nails are super short, so this isn’t rocket science) and the polish looks good. But there was NO MASSAGE. She put cuticle oil on, rub it in & then proceeded to wipe the excess cuticle oil off her hands and onto mine. At which time she said “done!” And started cleaning up! I will never be back! Read Less

It looks like I did my nails myself. My cuticles are in rough shape and my polish stops before my cuticle in a way that it looks like my nails have already grown out. Every other place I’ve gotten a mani, they put some lotion on your hands and put them in this little warming pouch, but this place didn’t do that. And that’s fine but they charge too much if they’re not going to give you that treatment. Came here as a first time customer and will NOT be returning. I came in to get a full set of acrylic nails and the owner convinced me that the new organic SNS powder was better by seeing all the colors to choose from and the fact that it was healthier. So I went with that choice. I asked for a coffin shape nail not too long and the younger guy told me it would be harder to achieve that shaped if they were shorter. Therefore I told him it would be fine to make them a little longer, not knowing that this would result in them popping off easier. I got my nails done Monday and the first popped off Wednesday. The next two fell off Saturday. I came and got the one repaired on Thursday and the other two I called in about. The owner proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay $10 for an extra coating on my already thin nails or get them cut down. Have it be known I already paid $70 (including a tip)on the day I originally got the full set. So with that being said and it barely being a week that was not happening. Long story short I just left today from my “final repair free of charge” and my nails are not even the same length on both hands...I am disgusted and I will NOT be returning. As a business owner you lack basic customer service skills. Your customers satisfaction should come first above all. I like this place. I'm new to getting my nails done and I'm extremely picky so I've been going back home every time i need to get my nails done. Unfortunately I broke 2 nails and chipped another with no plans of going home soon. So I checked this place out after i ran across their IG page and noticed they have dip powder. I'm very satisfied. The staff was friendly and despite being busy i was able to walk in and get a seat without waiting. They have several color options, which is always a plus. I do think they apply too many coats of the powder. I like a natural coat (2 dips) but hopefully this means my nails will last longer. Overall I'd recommended. Not the best, but definitely not bad. This place is terrible and I do not recommend T Nails to ANYONE!!! I waited 45 mins for a full set, just for one of the sisters in the front to take all of 10mins to complete my nails. Once I told her the length she began to cut without even comparing to the other hand! Therefore my nails are uneven. When she added the acrylic powder, she did not even make sure that it covered my whole nail! The process literally took all of 5 mins for both hands!!! Once she was done, it was time to polish. I really liked this place! I walked in and they immediately sat me down. I came in to get acrylic nails but they suggested the dipping powder, so I tried it and I like it so much more. The do great nails and stay up to date on current nail trends. However, most of their staff have really bad attitudes. It's very unfortunate because I believe they're one of the best nail shops in Auburn. But they're customer service does not match their skills. Very very unprofessional, for one. Secondly, they are extremely over priced for their sloppy nail work. On a previous appointment, my chrome nails started chipping and breaking within two days. On my most recent appointment, two of my nails broke within 2 days!! The white polish on the nails began chipping and turned tan. (I am aware that white nails dull over time. But a couple days is ridiculous) Instead of fixing the nails and polish for free (because I returned two days later), the lady (who was rude and lacked any form of customer service) came to me as my wet nails were drying under the light to charge me $10 more. How was I supposed to get a payment out of my purse with wet nails, who knows?? Also why wasn't I informed they would charge me again, who knows?? I went here to get a fill-in and toe polish because my regular salon was closed. They did a great job and I was service very quickly but with a great result. The staff were very professional and very helpful. They tailored to my needs and didn't try to recommend things that I did not want. They paid attention to what I wanted and delivered a great job! If I could give 0 stars I would! A group of girls and I went in last Friday to get shellac nails and pedicures. We all notices issues the next day with both toes and fingers- bumpy, wavy polish, holes from bubbles and shellac lifting. Being it was a holiday weekend we were out of town until Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning as soon as the nail salon opened and made 3 appointments for us to get our nails fixed that evening. I showed up about 5 minutes before the others girls a...nd the owner (I'm guessing) began lecturing her employees about taking proper notes and making sure they understand what the customer wants etc...it was pretty intense and definitely super awkward. I was finally sat down and they still didn't know what I wanted I had to explain again that we were all here to get our nails fixed not new appointments. The owner started lecturing her employees AGAIN! So intensely that one of the employees turned to me and started yelling at me "you didn't say 3 people" "you said you wanted fake nails". When I said no I called said 3 and that we were her last Friday, she cut me off "oh so you call Friday not today"...at that point she was yelling at me trying to make whatever issue was going on, my issue. I had enough and walked out. When my friends arrived they convinced me to go in and talk to them about getting them fixed or getting a refund. She then accused us of just wanting a refund because the weekend was over. She offered to fix them but at that point I had been yelled at and made to feel super uncomfortable! They clearly have some communication issues within there store that they need to work on BUT not in front of customers and not accusing them of things. Owner and male associate provided my friends mani-pedi and my mani-pedi..  Sadly, one of the worst either of us has received.  My friend's old polish was not removed, but filed off.  Second layer of clear polish on her hands did not cover the first (she only put clear polish on her hands) - you could see where both layers started and stopped.  The entire time my friend was receiving her services, the owner was ordering employers around...leaving periodically during the service.  My mani pedi?  Deluxe ordered, five minute massage on the legs and feet total, no shaping of nails, just smoothing then applying thick streaky polish - calluses still evident.  I won't even go into how my hands look....except that the same color was used and there is almost as much polish on my cuticles and skin as my nails.  DO NOT let either of these two provide you the same services we paid almost $100 for!   Wish we would have spoken up but time was of the essence. This is auburn's best kept secret. Everyone may go to the other nail salons but the women in this salon are amazing. They all are very friendly and you don't feel awkward walking in. They offer a full line of options from manicures to pedicures. They have a very sanitary way of doing things which is a big plus for me. I've been to other nail salons in the area and you never know if the tools are sterilized or not before you place your feet in their uncovered tubs. The tubs here have liners (haven't been to any places that have that option) and they didn't use that nasty cheese grater on your feet. They offer drinks too as well which is a definite plus! I've been here several times. I desperately want to love this place because it's so close to my house but they're always rude, understaffed and ridiculously mediocre. Last time I went there, their credit card machine was down. I stood there for 35 minutes trying to pay, and she still couldn't get the cc machine working. So then she told me to go sit down and continue waiting while she kept messing with the cc machine. Absolutely ridiculous!! Got a pedicure here and noticed a few hours after that my toe was extremely swollen and red, not to mention in excruciating pain. Turns out they didn't clean their equipment enough and ended up giving me a bacterial infection and now I'm on several medications trying to make sure it doesn't result in permanent damage to my nail bed. I came to T-Nails by recommendation of two co-workers! I was very pleased by the attention I was given by Cassie and Cici. Cassie did an amazing job on my pedicure! She took her time and my paint job is wonderful. Cici did my nails with the new powder, and I can say that I am in love! The owners were super friendly. The shop was very clean, which I pay close attention to seeing as though I am a stylist and must comply with state board regulations as well. This Is the most unprofessional place I have ever visited( Saturday March 26th 2016). First, I went in for a pedicure and she cut the water on and told me not to put my feet in yet so I was just sitting there waiting for her to come from the back and when she finally told me to put my feet in the water (after 6 minutes) was ice cold. Second, the lady that was doing my feet kept trying to txt the whole time she was supposed to be "doing her job"and she eventually got up and le...ft to take a call outside.... This place is okay. They are short-staffed so visitors of the family recently serviced us on our manis and pedis. I'd have to say I was unlucky to get a lazy guy. He didn't seem interested in working and kept looking around at other things. He didn't massage my feet/legs and my french tipped manicure had some areas that could have been done a lot better. What can you really expect for Auburn, AL though. They don't even have airbrushing or nail art here which shows that they just do the bare minimum for the American-majority population here.
