A man did my nails and he did a terrible job. My cuticles look a mess and he was dry/rude the whole time. I felt rushed and was overcharged. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon or I at least I wouldn't let the older man who works there do them. Read Less

i've been a loyal customer here for my acrylics for almost two years now. i've always been happy with them, with the exception of the older man who usually doesn't give me what i ask for but nevertheless still does quality work. i went in today with issues with my two pointer fingers (one broken, one lifting). i was pressed for time and didn't have time for a full set. i was seated with the younger man and he was insisting i get a new set. i understand i'm due for one and that that's more money for them, but i politely explained i did not have time. he continued to insist i got a new set so i decided to come back at a later time and asked him to take my set off instead. he proceeded to hurt me and rip off some of my nails. he left them a complete mess and didn't even completely take some off. and then even proceeded to THROW my receipt at me after i paid him his $10. completely appalled at his behavior toward someone that's been coming in consistently for years. The salon was nice, but the service was very slow. I was in the salon for 2.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure. My technician (too bad I don't remember her name) did a very poor job on my nails. I got a gel manicure. My nails began chipping the same day. I would not recommend anyone go to this place. Read Less

I've been going to Pro Nail for five years now because the services are modern, the equipment is very clean and the service is great. I travel a lot, get nail and spa services done all over the US, and Helen at Pro Nail is the best nail tech ever. And if you have some extra time, see if Ann can give you a facial - it's heaven!I alternate between regular manicures and gel manicures, plus spa pedicures. Their polish selection is huge - and they carry the FULL gel polish lines for OPI, CND Shellac and Gelish. **I have not ever seen that anywhere else. EVER.** As for pedicures, the one with the hot stones is amazing. This place can get really busy, so an appointment may not be necessary definitely helps. Read Less

I've been to this place twice, once for a manicure/pedicure and the other for an eyebrow wax.  The manicure/pedicure was pretty average.  You could definitely tell the manicurists/pedicurists were talking about you in a foreign language and didn't really try to hide it from you.  I DO NOT recommend getting an eyebrow wax here, especially if your skin is even remotely sensitive! I've always thought my skin was average or maybe slightly sensitive, but nothing crazy.  Within a day of my wax, the entire area above my eyebrows broke out.  In the end the waxing itself was not worth the aftermath. Pro Nails has been my favorite place for YEARS (I would even travel an hour just to have them to do my nails). However, the last time I was there a man did my OPI Axxium Nails. He did NOT do a good job and I was really disappointed. My cuticles looked terrible and I removed the gel color within a few days. Ann did a fabulous job the previous time I had them done. I have had the best manicure/pedicures there but I am afraid to go back if he is doing the Axxium Nails. Like other customers--I do not want to get him. I have been getting my mani/pedis at Pro Nails for over 4 years now. There is one guy (don't know his name) who occasionally does my full sets/fill ins and ALWAYS overcharges me. The other manicurists always charge less than him. Not to mention he is EXTREMELY rude every time I get him. I am sick and tired of being scared I will have him every time I walk in the door. As for the pedicures, the spa pedicure is WAY overpriced at $25 for 30 minutes or less and you don't get this fabulous massage that they advertise either...it was the WORST pedicure I've EVER had in my life. As of today I will no longer be a customer at Pro Nails due to terrible service. This is unfortunate for me because it is close to my home and I really enjoyed not having to travel very far. It is unfortunate for them because I have been going every 2 weeks for 4 1/2 years and they have officially lost my business.Read Less

I can't speak for the usual, daily service at Pro Nails because I don't usually get manicures or pedicures in salons. However, my bridesmaids and I had a great experience at Pro Nails. The pedicures were great and so were the manicures. I was asked what my preferences were and they also helped me decide on something better than what I had originally intended. I ended up getting OPI gel nail color for my wedding and it worked out very well (since I am extremely rough with my nails and chip off color quickly). All my bridesmaids, my maid of honor, and mother seemed pleased. My maid of honor has had Pink and Whites done several times at Pro Nails, and she is always pleased with their service. There is something of a language barrier, but the people who I dealt with made a real effort to understand what I wanted. I recommend this nail salon. Read Less
