For the salon to be located in the mall, I would expect all of the techs to have a knowledge and experience to deliver a "WOW!" product to each customer because the actual facility and environment that they have is nice. So 2 stars for the cleanliness and atmosphere but the quality of work that they provide to their customers need to improve.

The worst nail place i have ever been to. They can not speak English first of all so it was so hard to explain what i wanted done. The man that started to do my pedicure had filled up the foot tub with nothing but hot water. Not one person apologized for burning me. I also had my 4 year old Grace that is the sweetest baby girl. The one that painted her nails seemed very hateful. The look on my daughters face just broke my heart. God bless them all!

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they we're done well. BUT, I had a SEVERE break out on the area the wax was applied. I called a day later to find out the name of the product that was used on my face and the man refused to give me the name of product and hung up in my face.

Although this was my first time going there..., it was okay for me because I got acrylic nails but overall great service while I was getting my nails done.!!

Maybe it was just me. But they had there CHILDREN servicing their clientele! Majority of nail salons are rude, but i felt so uncomfortable in the environment. Not to mention after, I told her my nail ...
Maybe it was just me. But they had there CHILDREN servicing their clientele! Majority of nail salons are rude, but i felt so uncomfortable in the environment. Not to mention after, I told her my nail looked as if it would break. She ignored me and I went back to see her in 2 days. Nail repair!!!

For the salon to be located in the mall, I would expect all of the techs to have a knowledge and experience to deliver a "WOW!" product to each customer because the actual facility and environment that they have is nice. So 2 stars for the cleanliness and atmosphere but the quality of work that they provide to their customers need to improve.

The worst nail place i have ever been to. They can not speak English first of all so it was so hard to explain what i wanted done. The man that started to do my pedicure had filled up the foot tub with nothing but hot water. Not one person apologized for burning me. I also had my 4 year old Grace that is the sweetest baby girl.
