It took so long just for them to start our pedicures.The water was extremely hot and I sat there till mine got cold. I ended up not getting one and definitely won’t be coming back. My husband and I went for a little back to school treat. My husband has had one manicure before. His was quick and shoddy. I was left with not one, but three bleeding, quicked cuticles. Why? My hands soaked in soapy water less than a minute. No warm gloves, lotion, nothing to soften my cuticles. I sat in the chair in tears it hurt so bad each time he nicked me. He painted over the blood. I started panicking about cleanliness. I was trying to be nice (hoping my husband was enjoying his), but I should have walked out. I had a gel polish change 4 days ago and have already had 2 nails peel off. As the woman was doing my nails I told her one was bubbled and she argued it was not. I got home and examined them and 3 were bubbled. I had one nailed fixed and the man who fixed it asked who did them. I pointed her out and she sat playing on her phone while someone else fixed her mistakes. Will never go back. This was not my first sub par experience, but it was definitely the worst.Read Less

I was so excited to get my nails done since I had stopped biting them since I got back to school! Well the guy cut them past the quick to where it literally hurts to type on this computer, then didn't ask if I wanted them rounded or squared. I ended up with stubby 7 year old nails and then when I asked to just get a clear coat (instead of the gel I had originally requested ((where he didn't even listen when I asked questions about the color))) he forced me to pay up front before he would paint them clear. I didn't understand what he was asking at first so the worker next to him yelled "YOU PAY NOW". So disappointed. My stubby round baby nails aren't even straightly filed... Won't ever ever be back. I will NOT be going back to this nail salon ! Some of the workers are VERY rude! I was very disappointed in how myself , my Niece and son were treated here! I asked to speak to a manager while I was there , and of course he wasn't there! Supposedly he had "just left" .. Went in one Friday afternoon because another nail salon was way too crowded. My friend and I did not wait at all. She was getting a gel manicure and I was getting a pedicure plus an eyebrow wax. We both enjoyed our mani and pedi and I especially enjoyed my eyebrow wax. They looked great and the technician even filled them in for me for no extra cost which made them look even better. I came without an appt while I was waiting for prescriptions to be filled at Publix.  No problem, they took me right in and I really liked my shellac mani and pedicure.  I had a nice chat with the manicurist, too.  Everything was clean.  I'll be returning! Read Less

I'll try to explain why I walked out of this place very disappointed. My favorite nail place EVER is in Auburn Alabama. It is called the Nail Boutique Spa, located in the Moores Mill road area, right next to the Publix. I have written a review of this place. They do an amazing job and I pretty much shun nail places all over the country and wait until I'm back in Auburn.About two months ago, a new Publix was built off University ave. A few stores around the Publix on Moore's mill road opened a second location around the new Pulix. Including Shakes and the Louies chicken fingers place. Nail Boutique AND Spa also opened near the new Publix. I assumed it was a second location for my fave nail place. I failed to notice the big difference in the names. Three letters. AND.Anyways, I walked into this place and knew almost immediately that they were imitators. There was no friendly hello. They made me sign in. There weren't five people waiting ahead of me to get their nails done (trust me, this is a good sign!). The service menu did not have three different levels of pedicures I could get.  I was stuck with paying $25 for a pedicure that didn't wow me. The equipment did not come freshly autoclaved. However, the lady that did my nail was nice.Don't get me wrong. It wasn't a horrible pedicure but it wasn't what I was used to. Alas I know now not to be deceived again. Next time, I'll drive the couple extra miles to Nail Boutique Spa. Nail Boutique Spa without an AND stuck somewhere in its name. Read Less
