I would not recommend anyone to go to luxury nails in auburn. They are nice but the quality of the service is horrible. First I went in just for a fill in and they started taking my nails off which I didn't ask them to do (I guess so I can pay more money) then as she was taking my nails off she was not paying attention because they were very busy and she was trying to do everything else in the shop plus my nails that she broke off my real nail in two might I add hurt...she did apologize about it. Less than 5 days later two of my nails broke down the middle might I add hurt as well and she fixed it today....later my middle finger broke in half and now half of my nail is missing plus my index and thumb fingers are damaged. The excuse she said is I got my nails too long. If you didn't feel comfortable with doing long nails I would have appreciated if they didn't do the service. They didn't give me my money back which is not the problem but the next time I come 50%off my total. Read Less

NO NO NO NO NO. Terrible eyebrow experience, they did it in the chair instead of the back room. Very annoying, but whatever. I told her just a clean up and she took off almost my entire brow, and I have thick eyebrows. They're WAY too short and look terrible. And then I got my lip done, and she left the wax on too long and it burned my skin. Like you can see where the layers of skin are peeling off. This is a great salon if you're looking to get an amazing and relaxing pedicure. I'm giving four stars because my acrylics never last a week but I think that may have more to do with my everyday routine and harshness on my nails. The environment is clean and the staff is friendly and they work extremely fast to get you in and out. I highly recommend it if you're in the Auburn area and looking for a great experience. I've gone here since they opened and had several different experiences. The first time I went they made me bleed. I went back because it was the longest I'd ever had a manicure last. On New Years Eve I got a manicure from a guy I'd never seen before. That was by far the best manicure I've ever had. He was so nice and the polish lasted so long. And because of him I feel bad giving 2 stars. Last week I went in to get a mani/pedi. The lady who did my pedicure was nice. She did a good job. The lady who did my manicure... The exact opposite. She kept rolling her eyes at me because my feet are ticklish. That's not something you can control. It's a reflex. Her boob was falling out of her shirt the whole time and I had to awkwardly twist in what is supposed to be a relaxing time so she could do my manicure while the other girl did my pedicure. I'm all for time management but there was 1 other customer in the salon and there were 4 other workers. I can deal with rude people for the end result of a good manicure, but this one started peeling before I got home. $55 wasted. Read Less

I'm giving this salon a 4 star right now because I'm not even done with my experience yet. But if you're from out of town and you've been researching salons, go here. It was recommended from a friend who lives in the area and I'm skeptical off recommendations as everyone's taste is a little different. I received a (gel) manicure while I chose the cucumber pedicure. Love the color and the service on the manicure. Nail tech was friendly but not overly in your face annoying. He let you relax. The pedicure lady was very nice, quiet but it made for a relaxing pedicure. I think it's unique the individual pedicures they offer, keep that going for sure. Place is clean and very cute inside. I will definitely be back when I visit again unless of course something catastrophic happens from now until then. Read Less

I've gone to luxury nail spa since they opened. I've had good experiences here but lately I have received less than satisfying experiences. The older gentleman scolded me about me picking my acrylics when in reality I shut my hand in a door and I had fully intended on paying for my repair. Needless to say I walked out right then. I patiently soaked off my nails at home to find that my thumb nail had been shaved down so far my nail bed was exposed and inflamed. I was advised by a doctor to let it grow out and keep it covered until then. He said it could take months.... As a young female I take pride in my nails. I'm very upset to have my thumb looking jacked up in a bandaid, not to mention the pain from water touching it. Sadly I will no longer be returning to what USED to be my favorite nail salon. I can't justify returning when I was spoken to like a child when I spend $80 a month there, and I now have a ruined and painful nail. Let's just hope it doesn't get infected. Read Less

This place is beautiful. I loved the stone walls and the crown molding. Also the Halloween decorations were cute. I came here after work and the place was not super crowded. They have a ton of pedicure chairs and high chairs along the counter for manicures. I got gel nail polish ($25) and they have a very large selection of colors to choose from. I know that is a good thing, but when you are indecisive it proves to make things a bit difficult. I ended up choosing a navy blue #schoolspirit My only complaint was that the staff was so loud. I was trying to relax and get my nails done, but they were all yelling across the room at each other. I am not saying they have to be silent. I just wish they used their inside voices. Read Less

So. Many. Colors. There is a whole wall of regular polish and an entire wall of gel polish (That is typically unheard of). Beautiful store and fabulous manners. I was quite happy to have such good service in a college town. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and their efficiency. I was in and out with a manicure and wax in less than 45 minutes. Very happy with the way that my nails and brows came out and I will definitely be back again! Read Less
