Awful.... rude to customers just moved to auburn and went to get my nails done and they were rude and yelling at me. The place was old and dirty never go again. The utensils weren't in packaging, I don't even think they clean them..

Katie is rude! She has zero respect and no regard for the customer. She does eyebrows well but it’s not worth the horrible way she treats people. I use to tolerate it because her husband and other staff are excellent and I ignored her but after this last visit where she purposely made us wait and hour to do our eyebrows and then was being rough ... to avoid confrontation my business will be taken elsewhere. When you are paying for a service you want to be treated with respect. Her attitude and demeanor won’t be missed.

I used them in a pinch last Friday (12/29/17) for the dip powder color and I will not go back again. The top coat cracked within an hour or so after being done. When I went back, I was told the guy has used the wrong top goat and they would get it off and use "the good" top coat. It's not smooth, but rough looking and started to crack a couple of days ago. It has only been a week and my nails look a mess. I am too disgusted to even go back for them to take it off. I am cutting my losses.

Had two awful experiences. The owners are RUDE and disrespectful to customers. Got a pedicure this evening it is a mess. Please do not waste your money! Take this warning.

When the cheapest nail places for a spa pedicure in town they do a good job however I'm not sure they're paying their air conditioning bill because it was a little stuffy in there.

Horrible customer service! Very rude to customers.. It's only 3 of them working they rush through there job to keep people from leaving out... I stated to the lady in there I wanted my eyebrows a certain way she snatched my face saying she'll try to do it ... after I got finished paying she laid my change down on the counter instead of placing it in my hand! Please bypass this place I suggest anyone!

Katie is rude! She has zero respect and no regard for the customer. She does eyebrows well but it’s not worth the horrible way she treats people. I used them in a pinch last Friday (12/29/17) for the dip powder color and I will not go back again. The top coat cracked within an hour or so after being done. When I went back, I was told the guy has used the wrong top goat and they would get it off and use "the good" top coat. It's not smooth, but rough looking and started to crack a couple of days ago. It has only been a week and my nails look a mess. I am too disgusted to even go back for them to take it off. I am cutting my losses.
