You are an absolute moron. I have a picture of my nails from when you did them. Only 3 if my fingers are in the shot and you can see that two of those fingers had scabbed over cuticles, from you not knowing what you are doing. I’ve also been to your Facebook page and found pictures of other women’s nails that look like mine did or even worse and it’s said. That’s how people get staph infection. But you don’t seem to care about anyone but yourself and this fake image you try to make for yourself. Whereas, I don’t have a single thing to gain from this review. Stick to waxing eyebrows, honey. To respond to your reply, yes I have been in your shop. I have better things to do than to make up some story about someone. I’m not driving all the way out to your shop because I live two hours away and with the way you treated me in your shop and the way you treat customers on here is ridiculous. I stopped in after shopping in the Walmart next to your shop, then went to Sally’s and GameStop. Everything you say is not true. I went to another salon after you botched my nails and they could not believe that a so called “professional” would do nails the way that you did. You are a very hateful person and you need to remember that each and every one of your future customers are reading this and are getting a good idea on what you are like as a person and it isn’t good. You stated in one of your responses to another review that people wait for 4-5 hours to get their nails done by you because In your opinion, you are that good. You are in such denial. Your shop is empty most of the time. And I don’t care how good anyone is at doing nails, hair, whatever the service is, I am not waiting 4 hours to have said service done and no one I know will do that either. Never even heard of anyone waiting that long. Learn to be more respectful and take criticism as a learning curve because the way you handle all of your bad reviews is very immature. Worst salon ever. Kitty is terrible at doing nails and she is very rude. I had to go in a make her redo mine because the way she did them could’ve very easily caused an infection. When I told her how to do my nails, she got mad and told me the way I wanted them done was ugly when that’s the way I had them done at every other salon with zero complaints. If you are going to have a shop and only wait on people that you know, then you are never going to have a successful business or a good reputation. Also, your rude responses to everyone’s negative reviews only makes you and your business look worse than it is. How about offering to fix the problem like most businesses do because they care about their customers and their happiness with your service?
