I've been a few times for a massage and had a pleasant experience. However, this visit was a little different. I told her I didn't want a deep tissue massage before we started...she didn't listen. She was persistent in working places out. Even hearing my moanes and groans...it continued. This is three days after my visit and I'm still hurting. And you could tell she was on and off of her phone towards the end. I will not request/use her again. Otherwise, the spa is always really nice, clean and friendly. All day access to everything there. My mother, who is 71 and a Platinum card (Delight) member, was at the casino last night when she was accosted by a man. He grabbed her wrist, beat on the machine and took her ticket. There wasn't anyone around. It took forever for security to get there. Thankfully a nice gentleman helped her. He followed the man so that he could be located when security finally arrived. It is unbelievable to me how everyone there acted like it was just another day. It was horrifying for her and it makes me extremely angry to hear about this event and the fact that no one acted concerned at all. It took forever for her to get her money back. In the meantime, she wasn't even offered a meal for this frightful event. I guess this is just a normal evening at Wind Creek? Read Less

Very upset we are here right now for our Anniversary trip and have been nothing but disappointed. 1st we get here and they tell us they are having construction above our room that of course no one said a word about this when we made our reservation. We can barely get a signal on either of our phones in our room which by the way is through 2 different providers. I almost had to pay to use their phone to check on our children but I was determined I was not so I walked around th...e room till finally I found a spot right in front of the window where I could kind of here my children. 1st time away from them and we aren't even going to be able to sleep as long as we want because of construction. If we would have known that we would have stayed in Biloxi where we went last night but instead chose to drive here and stay because it looked nicer...smh. Then we go to watch a movie at the theater here. A movie I've been so excited to watch and specifically waited to watch until we got here and in the middle of the movie the screen goes blank but it's ok because we could hear it (NOT) ughhh so we walk out to let someone know and guess what!!!! No one absolutely no one was there. Everyone including the manager left. Talk about pissed off and disappointed. Oh yea and btw it wasn't just our movie it was all of them. They said it was from a power surge which whatever I know they can't control that but what they can control is the employees being there to deal with the situation! What if something bad had happened in that movie theater. No one and I mean no one would have known. It took us 10 to 15 minutes just to find a security guard who then had to go search for a manager. Im glad the security guard was around and tried to be helpful but offering to give us the money we paid for the movie tomorrow does not in anyway make up for me feeling unsafe. This was not what I hoped for. This really sucks and I don't think we will ever come back. Looks like we are just going to be hanging out in the room our 2 days. I happened to tell the young woman that took my reservation that I had just completed a year of chemo and wanted to get away. When I arrived there and checked into my room there were 5 big colorful balloons waiting for me. It made such a happy beginning to my trip. Everyone that works there had a smile and a hello for me. Absolutely horrible experiences here. The last time we came, the man working the new card window was incredibly rude to us. We gave it another chance today. On the Wolf Run, the blue wolves fly by you on the first column immediately and they never land on it again. They have four of these games and all four games did the same thing each spin. My husband and I never got anything going on any game that we played nor did the people that we talked to that sat around us. It's not... that we don't ever lose and we're sore losers, but it was quite clear that the games were rigged so that the winning combinations flew by immediately and then would never stop again. Sure, there are few people that win, they have to have some winners. It is quite clear, though, that they don't have the regulations that other casinos do because they are on an Indian Reservation. I know you have to spend hundreds of thousands to maintain this status, so you would at least get a priority line of some sort. That’s not the case! The priority line is for 3 card levels when you check in- you wait forever if Ms Ruth isn’t there to check you in on the side. Then if you have to go to player services because Jason or Bria...n is on their break in the high limit room— you can forget about that priority line, they always have a closed sign on the priority line. Honestly it’s just poor managing of your guests who truly spend the money. I have been every weekend for the past few months, but this weekend I’m taking my money to Biloxi - even when I’m losing money , I feel appreciated there. The liquor selection is a joke, straight well and the drinks are small take 10 minutes to get to you plus a extra 20 minutes in between drinks. Seriously 30 minutes for a $3-$4 drink. We will drive an extra hour to Biloxi for regulated gaming were the payback percentages are at least fair.
