So upset. First off my daughter accidentally broke a bottle of nail polish not one worker tried to help me clean it up they just watched! I was so embarrassed! So then I was told to go to the desk to get my nails done. i showed her what I wanted but the end result was nothing like the picture. My little girl wanted her nails painted and I understand she only 3 but I was still paying for her to have pretty nails, let's just say I could have done better at home! she didn't even get a top coat and she messed up one nail while the lady was painting them and she didn't even bother to fix it. After all that she just got up and left never said bye, thank you, nothing! I've never been here before so I wasn't sure where the driers were so after looking around like an idiot I found them. At this point I'm furious!! So I go to pay and I refused to pay for my daughter nails. But they insisted it was $25 without her which was wrong all I got was a fill in ($15) and and design ($5) which I never got cause lady doing my nails didn't care to make them the way I wanted. First time to this nail salon as recommended by my mother in law. Large salon with tons of pedicure chairs and manicure locations. We were prompted greeted when we entered. We arrived on a Tuesday lunch time, there was no wait for two gel manicures. Gel manicure cost $30. Christopher worked on my nails. He was very friendly, personable and attentive to my needs. He would notice my checking my nails and also explain how he was shaping them to ease any concerns that I had about how it looked before the nails were painted. Manicure tools were in a sterile kit that was opened in front of me, which eased any sanitary concerns. The hand massage after my manicure was completed could have been longer, it lasted less than 30 seconds for each hand, I've paid $30 at other salons for the same service with a much better massage.All in all, if you're needing a gel manicure, I would recommend and I would return to this location myself.
