We the human, sometime not a perfect people. Mistake between language is easily . The nail tech not try to rude to their clients. Most of them not from USA,but from other country.So if they spoke English well may they became a lawyer not a nails tech. Hopefully we forgive them.

Horrible experience. My wife was called fat by the nail tech twice. I called and asked for the manager and was told he stepped out and he would be back in a hour. I left my name and number and he never returned my call. The woman that answered the phone spoke horrible English. I had to repeat everything multiple times and even spell words to her. If you like being insulted and having to deal with people that do not speak english this is the shop for you.

Horrible experience. My wife was called fat by the nail tech twice. I called and asked for the manager and was told he stepped out and he would be back in a hour.
