This place is my go to!! I have always been so pleased. Even when there is a long wait they make sure to always keep you updated with the wait time and always have an explanation for you. If you do not like the work they have performed they never miss a chance to make it right. They are def. the best nail place around and I don't mind driving 30 minutes just to get to them!! they all do such great jobs, and it is family oriented. however I do recommend Andy!!!! Read Less

I paid $55 for a fill and then one of them broke after three days and then they charge me five dollars to get it fixed and it's a whole bunch shorter and it doesn't even look like the same shape as the rest of my nails. Worst place I've tried yet. Read Less

What do I know? I have been a customer three times. 2 of the 3, I was served right away (there are a lot of staff and seats). On 1 occasion it took quite a while to serve me. This is by far my favorite nail place. My kids have always been warmly welcomed and they love feeling pampered. My girls can sit and talk to the nail ladies and they adore them. I never have to worry if my nails might chip or look messed up and I have to go back in. I love coming here. Fast service and friendly. I brought my little girl in as online they advertise they do kids manicures and pedicures starting at age 2. My daughter is well behaved and always sits through our mani pedi sessions at home. They told me she was too young and wouldn't even let her soak her feet in the kids chair. They painted her finger nails and toes and were done in two minutes. I repeatedly asked them to attempt a full mani pedi for kids without the filing. They still didn't do it. My aunt who was also ...with me had an incredibly rude nail tech who didn't talk to her at all and would slap her leg to get her to move her foot. Then repeatedly injured by filing the end of her toes not just the nail and clipped her three times while clipping her cuticles. My aunts feet have been red and swollen for two days and it was the most painful experience she has had. She gets pedicures regularly and has never had such terrible service. She also paid for the deluxe pedicure and apparently the only thing you get with the deluxe pedicure is foot abuse. No wax no stones just a grouchy sadist who was having a bad day because I brought my 2 year old daughter in. We will never go back. I went to this salon for the first time 2 months ago. The lady that did my pedicure clipped my skin twice, to the point where I jumped and yelped in pain. Well, today I thought I'd give them a second chance only because it's the closest place to my house. This time I had a different lady, even worse experience. She clipped my toe and it HURT. I tried to look at it immediately, and the tech kept trying to shove my foot in the water so that I wouldn't be able to see the blood. Yes, the BLOOD. After a couple attempts of her putting my foot in the water, I finally shoved her hand off my foot to look, and it was only then that she said sorry and put a cotton swab on it. I finished and quickly went to pay. The owner asked how everything was, and I told him what happened. His idea of making it right was to give me an extra punch on the frequent customer card and told me he would put me with a different tech next time. Umm, no need, I will not be back. I will make the drive to Nova Nails where I usually go and am not afraid of being injured. Read Less

When I moved to Vancouver a few years ago I tried a few nail salons and spas and didn't find any of them to be the beautiful, clean atmosphere and warm environment to which I was accustomed. I usually loved this place! I've went here for my prom and graduation and had a great experience..until now. I came in with my cousin for my birthday for a mani-pedi and decided to call before to see how much it would be and they said $38 and that I wanted shellac too ($10 more) and I said that's a good price I'll be in there later today. I came in and I was just bout to start my mani pedi when they told me a completely different price!! $52?! I was like ummmmmm...sure. Since... I wanted to treat myself. I was pissed. After getting started they interrupted my cousin talking 3 times to try and sell us things we told them no each time. And after about 10 minutes they tried again and told us that we were making a bad decision and we were missing out. Like I care? We didn't want to spend $70. After that they were SO rude to us!! I just couldn't believe it. Also they were talking bad about us..we just knew. We couldn't believe it. On my birthday?? I drive an hour just to come here. My Mother-in-love and I get our nails done every month for over a year now. We tried several different salons and were not satisfied with the work or the service. Finally we found Tony at Diamond Nails. The service there is wonderful, and the nails last! My MIL had to go two months before she was able to return last time, and her nails stayed secure.This time Tony talked us into trying his latest discovery, dip nails. It is a colored powder dip with a top gel coat. I LOVE the color, and they are on my real nails. NO MORE ACRYLIC!!! Much more healthy for my nails. Also, no more UV lights, or long drying time. Okay when I got yhere everyyhong ws going well, the man did kind of act like he didn't want to be there, but anyway. I sat there as he started my clear full set. He applied the acrylic and afterwords he went to file the sides of my nails down and was moving so gast that he cut my finger with the side of the file, and I started bleeding all over his hands. So we atopped and I handed him an antibacterial wipe and I wrapped my finger up until the bleeding stopped. I was fine, sometimes things happen so I didn't make a big deal about it. I thought that maybe after he cut my finger he would alow down and take his time, but he didn't, which caused him to file my nails crooked! After he was finished I washed my hands again and went to pay, and I expected to get a discount for the incident but I didn't. So I basically paid $25.00 for a full set and a cut finger. Although I did have to file a couple of my nails straight overall the manicure looks great! I haven't decided if I am going to return or not just because him cutting my finger has me a little paranoid, but that could happen ag any nail salon. Read Less

Anyone can give good service once or twice, but to provide GREAT service each and every time for a year is remarkable. The atmosphere is super relaxing and clean. My daughter & I LOVE Diamond Nails. Its 4th of july weeked, nobody was open & we really needed to get away & spoil ourselves. I called at 5 pm, the girl told me they close at 5, but if we hurry she would see us. We got there about 20 mins later, they waited for us! We both got the best pedicures EVER, then they did my daughters manicure & started my fill-in. This place is clean, comfy, & a nice place to relax! They worked 2 1/2 past closing just for us! Not to mention how friendly they are & absolutely wonderful work!! I have never bn so impressed by a nail salon b4. This is def our new salon!! Thanks again guys for everything, you are amazing!!
