Trish was great! She gave my hair a recharge with a deep conditioning and even added a peppermint treatment to help my itchy scalp. The salon is nice and clean, easy to locate, and staff is friendly. Tina is phenomenal. There's really no other adjective to accurately describe what she does. She can do anything you ask her to do. She has many years as a hair stylist, and she continues to keep learning and evolving with the times. She made my hair rainbow colored and it was impeccable. She kept the colors vibrant and my hair was SO healthy after she finished. A few weeks later I needed to go back to blonde. She surpassed my expectations and left peek a boo red and a platinum blonde to blow it out of the park for a home run. Bottom line- Tina is fabulous. If you need a hairdresser, look no further! This is probably worst hair salon I have ever been to. I have been living with hair that looks like a 5 year old did it for the past 3 months, After spending 130$ on a cut and color, having it done 3 times to try and get it to stay in my hair. It's still not staying in my hair. According to the owner, the girl that did it the prior 2 times, didn't know what she was doing, and when she did it, it would be perfect. The owner was great and was trying to fix it, or so she said, s...he called me one day to tell me what was going on and she was trying to get with another salon to find out what was going on, and then she ignored my calls, ignored my texts. Finally, when I do get a hold of her, she asks what I want her to do. I either want my hair fixed and my money back. Now she tells me that she will have the first stylist who did my hair get a hold of me. It would be fine if my hair was back to what it was before I went in that shop, but no, I have bright red roots, some blonde, some PINK, some brown, I look like a clown. I am asked on a daily basis, "Who did that mess on your head" and I tell them EXACTLY who did it. To be told, there is nothing I can do, and blah blah blah, is a joke. I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. I went here because friends and family suggested this place. But with my results, and the obvious lack of customer service.
