Had a good experience with the nails and the technician’s are service friendly but, after complaining about the waxing service and the fact that both my sister and I had many hairs left in strips along the legs and around the knees. We paid for a full leg waxing for me and a half leg for my sister but ended up paying twice for my sister as the manager didn’t accept their poor quality work.. The manager acted as though she didn’t care at all about her regular customers and didn’t offer an extra do-over, I wouldn’t go back. If a company cannot accept responsibility for a poor job they won’t get my custom. A shame as I liked the technicians there.

My first time here... at first Vincent said I will give you massage, first time here so you come back--- no prob- I got massage, wax on my feet.. but when I went to pay instead of being $55 it's $75.....
My first time here... at first Vincent said I will give you massage, first time here so you come back--- no prob- I got massage, wax on my feet.. but when I went to pay instead of being $55 it's $75.. I asked why? The guy at the front said... you got the extra spa treatment and I told him I didn't ask for it. Then he said that Vincent was supposed to tell me or show me a price card, but he didn't !!!! So, I told the guy at the front... nice trick you guys play... all he did was laugh.. and I told him, I am never coming back here.. he just said sorry and took my money and laugh again... WTF? I would not recommend this place --- no way-- what the heck is wrong w people??? Ask for price first---

First impression is everything. I was totally blown away with the service from beginning to end. As soon as you're seated, you're asked if you would like something to drink. Your visit is all about you! No personal conversation between staff members. The entire staff was amazing.

I absolutely LOVE Ruby! Very friendly! I work as a private chef on my feet 24/7 so a good pedi is everything. The Jelly Pedi is amazing. My skin felt so soft afterwards. I even had to go back and get my big toe fixed and Ruby fixed another one she noticed was smudged. Will be back CONSISTENTLY. Finally somewhere with great service in Miami.

This is a great salon. The girls are lovely and brilliant at what they do. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I love going it's a real treat...five stars to all the staff.

Lily did an amazing job. Very friendly, great atmosphere. I'm recommending this place to all my friends. Very calm music and appointments are recommended to save your spot,beats waiting in line. I found my new nail place. It's also has massage rooms which is my next stop. Very private and clean.

My Mum and I booked to have the Shallac treatment on our nails as a treat when we met up in York. Part of having your nails done professionally is having a chat with the person giving the treatment - it helps to make the experience feel special and out of the ordinary. However, this was seemingly not part of the job description of the 2 ladies who did our nails. They clearly had a friend in, also having her nails done, and were very much looking forward to going out that night for a leaving do. We were sat at opposite sides of the room, but this didn't stop them from shouting across the room to one another to discuss mutual friends, drunken eating habits and so on, as opposed to talking to their customers. Our nails are beautifully done, but the level of service left a LOT to be desired.

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS! The staff is super friendly and the nail polish is organized so you can find which color easily by brand and color and isn't scattered around like other salons.

Had a good experience with the nails and the technician’s are service friendly but, after complaining about the waxing service and the fact that both my sister and I had many hairs left in strips along the legs and around the knees. We paid for a full leg waxing for me and a half leg for my sister but ended up paying twice for my sister as the manager didn’t accept their poor quality work.. The manager acted as though she didn’t care at all about her regular customers and didn’t offer an extra do-over, I wouldn’t go back. If a company cannot accept responsibility for a poor job they won’t get my custom. A shame as I liked the technicians there.
