I needed to get my acrylics taken off before I went back to school due to the fact I can not have them in a hospital. So I went in on a Wednesday afternoon and the girl Jenna started to take off my nails. I’ve never had the worst painful experience getting my acrylics taken off! She ripped 2 of my nails to the put they were bleeding and I was almost in tears. She continued to do this instead of finding a different way to get the acrylic off. I've given this place a try three times because it's close to my work and it's opened when I'm off. However, each time I go it makes me upset. Diana is the worst. She did my manicure one time and was such a jerk, practically mad dogging me the whole time. She also hurt me while taking off my cuticles all because she was too busy giving attitude and being rough. Another time I went the same Diana was there and sat there giving me a death stare while I got my pedicure . Why? I ...do not know but it was one of the most uncomfortable things ever. Another time I went I asked for nails with a basic sea star design. It was just a white star with little dots on it. As soon as I walked in, I asked if they were able to do that design. I showed a picture. They told me yes then ended up not doing it. They told me it was too hard. If it was too hard then why did they say yes they would do it? I would've gone elsewhere had they said they couldn't. Two Times I've been there they have lied about the price they're going to charge. They say one thing, at the end I'm charged more. This last time I went I was excited to see their expansion. The lady at the desk (old lady) was soooo rude. She was not friendly at all, wouldn't smile! Not professional at all. Asked her some questions and she was so unprofessional and rude with her tone of voice. I paid 30 for gel nails that peeled off in ONE week!!!!!!!! WTFFFF. This is a great place to go for nails, pedicures or waxing. My manicurist is Lynn, and she does a wonderful job always! The prices are reasonable, and the service is fabulous... They even have free beer and wine if you spend a minimum of $40! Now that's a way to relax! I've been there many times, and I read the bad review by the one person who wanted ombre nails. She even included a picture of the ad, which specifically says ask for Holly. If Holly specializes in those difficult nails, then she should have asked for Holly. If you read all of the comments below, you will see most of them are very positive. The salon is rated the best in the area, and I have to wholeheartedly agree! I've only been living here for 9 months and was recommended to this salon after having terrible experiences at two other salons in Riverside.. and I must say it was such an enjoyable experience! Wow wow just wow I wrote a review on yelp. And because I gave an honest review I received nothing but attitude! went in there with the intention of getting acrylic ombré nails there instagram page has a picture showing ombré acrylic nails thought they were beautiful and go in to get them done. I get there said they don't do them I was very confused because in there Instagram says they did. Found it very misleading and I was already there so I dint have time to go anywhere else. I write my yelp review then on Instagram I tell them to remove the that they do ombré coz it's misleading to customers and I get nothing but attitude back.
