Thank you so much for my fantastic nails and HD brows done yesterday by Sadie. My nails are just perfect, love the red gel polish all applied with perfect precision - the best I have ever had! And my brows make me look 10 years younger! I will definitely be back soon.

I’ve never had anything done to/with my nails before, so I was very apprehensive of what to expect but Chantelle was absolutely lovely she helped me decide a colour and recommended a bit of glitter! I love the gels and will Defo be getting some more! Fab customer service and fab price

Booked in for a lash lift and they were really flexible and accommodating and tried their best to fit me in as soon as possible. Chantelle did my lash lift and was so lovely! She was super friendly and funny. She did such an amazing job with my lashes ! Couldn’t recommend her enough! I will definitely be going back and will request Chantelle every time. Trust her 100%

Got burns from my waxing at the beauty bar one due to the wax being too hot. It is now 4 days since I had this done and my underarm is still so painful and cant reach up high due to the pain with stre...
Got burns from my waxing at the beauty bar one due to the wax being too hot. It is now 4 days since I had this done and my underarm is still so painful and cant reach up high due to the pain with stretching. I hope it heals soon and doesnt permanently damage the skin. Only thing i can say was how nice the girls were at the nail bar when i went back to speak them about it and i thankfully got a refund. Never again.

Gel nails are meant to last a good few weeks ... mine lasted a total of 3 days and they are dropping off. Felt like the session was rushed partly due to the fact the beautician already had a customer but started my nails whilst there’s were soaking so she had a 10-15 minute slot to do a half decent job...

Went in this weekend to get a French manicure, was quite taken aback by how blunt and unfriendly the lady who spoke to me was as I walked in, made me feel really uncomfortable. Wasn’t kept waiting long but having my nails done felt very rushed and none of the staff spoke to me at all! Then one day later having been assured the gel would last 2-3 weeks at a cost of £23 it has started to peel off one finger already and looks awful! Complete waste of money and the cost of me returning to get it fixed wouldn’t be worth it. Also would not want to return to somewhere with such a bad atmosphere. Would not recommend.

Had a wonderful time today, I had a reservation for full acrylic French tips and a toe tingler pedicure. Chantelle did an amazing job on both and was a gem to chat with the whole time! Also recommended me a foot peel and charcoal face mask which I am now trying at home - so far so good! Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again whenever I'm back in York

Got burns from my waxing at the beauty bar one due to the wax being too hot. It is now 4 days since I had this done and my underarm is still so painful and cant reach up high due to the pain with stretching. I hope it heals soon and doesnt permanently damage the skin. Only thing i can say was how nice the girls were at the nail bar when i went back to speak them about it and i thankfully got a refund. Never again.

Went in this weekend to get a French manicure, was quite taken aback by how blunt and unfriendly the lady who spoke to me was as I walked in, made me feel really uncomfortable. Wasn’t kept waiting long but having my nails done felt very rushed and none of the staff spoke to me at all! Then one day later having been assured the gel would last 2-3 weeks at a cost of £23 it has started to peel off one finger already and looks awful! Had a wonderful time today, I had a reservation for full acrylic French tips and a toe tingler pedicure. Chantelle did an amazing job on both and was a gem to chat with the whole time!
