I’ve been to Worcester Style Nails about 3/4 times in the past couple of years and each time the service was ridiculous, you might wonder “why did I keep going back?” The reason being a) I was younger so didn’t see how silly I was being and b) as an impatient person it’s usually the emptiest nail salon so for times sake I’d go there. Every SINGLE time I go there the women always reveals some hidden charge as she is doing my nails and I believe it’s because I’m young so she thinks she can take advantage. Whenever I decline her extra charge she always is very rough with my nails, hurting me and once I was so close to leaving but she stopped the harsh treatment quickly. The actual nail application has been wonky before and the painting a little out of line. Her manners are awful though I do think she mumbles on purpose to get you to agree with things that you don’t really understand, the people are rude and it is not worth it, do go elsewhere. Went in for get removal and 're paint. I asked for no length to be taken off but she took them right down short. Finish is terrible with bubbles and uneven. She didn't push the critical back so means It's all wobbly nr the critical edge. I think I do a better job myself to be honest. Read Less

Awful place!!! Don't even deserve 1 star!! Just went in for a file and paint, he did it in about 4 minutes, of course they looked awful with bubbles and not smooth! I asked to look at them and the rude lady said you should of done them at home then!!! They then spoke amoungst themselves in there own language about me!! RUDE AND RUBBISH!! waste of money! I went in had my nails done they rushed them did not push my Cuticles back did it to short on the length of my nails was going to do it a lot shorter . She Bunt my skin when she put the gel topcoat on . I will definitely not be going there again I think Anna nails is the best place I have been . Go to Annas nails Read Less

Been going there a while have never had problems till last week when I went to have my nails done they were fine but within the week of having them done they all started cracking so I have had to pull them off I will not be going there again Read Less

Truly awful pedicure. Very rushed (barely 15mins), hard skin not removed but made worse by technician using cuticle cutter to cut bits off, cash taken in advance, then technician told me the nails were dry after only a few minutes rubbed her fingers across the wet polish smudging it and told me I could leave. I spoke with the manageress (they only deal in cash and do not do refunds for any reason) I waited for the nails to dry properly, asked her to correct the ones that had been smudged and remove the hard skin that was now sticking up from the cuticle cutter.... she did all of this under duress used an electric drill nail file to remove the skin ridges and painted over the smudged nails with clear polish, the result was still pretty shabby.
